A 2 days later, I cancelled it because I'm no longer moving to Valencia, CA from Indiana, instead I decided to move to NY to my sister due to health issues. Public Storage charged my card for processing which is fine but they also charged for Dec. 2025 & now Jan 2026. They claimed because I reserved the storage even though I didn't move, I still have to pay for December & January. I disputed but now they sent me to collection for no pay with late fees. I called their 800 # and they transferred me to 6-7 people telling me I have to pay because I reserved the space even though di didn't move. I need help!
