Disappointed with Davenport , place is going downwards . Front gates are always open , key pads aren't working either . I had $1200. Dollars of equipment stolen . I ended up moving after five years .Management doesn't care or take pride like they use too . read more

So I've been a customer of this place for 10+ years. until recently everything was going along as usual until recently, lots of turnover and people quitting out of the blue. so over the past 30 days, a mirror on my motorhome was ripped from the mount and weirdly enough, someone tried to tape it back with blue masking tape, maybe they thought we would notice. yeh right! so just chairing it up to cost is storing a rv off my property. So thats $500 I'll never see again. So not more than 30 after the mirror "mishap" the trailer I own across the isle all of a sudden goes missing ... contents 2005 custom rhino, 5000 watt generator and thousands of dollars in tools and accessories. I was simply there checking on my motorhome as I have a trip coming up And noticed it was gone. I brought it to the attention of the staff on premises and it is apparent I'm out over $30k in off roading equipment. I have zero confidence I will get any help or support from the folks on staff at that place. I know storage is tough to fine these days but if you have something nice and want to keep it, I'd find some place else to stairs your stuff. Stu Miller (of the Xmas tree empire) is the owner of the property and he should be held accountable for things that go missing in his facility. read more

I can't ever get a hold of anyone in the office. Today I drove all the way from my house across town to the location and walked into the office and waited there for 20 minutes and no one ever walked in. I tried calling the number again no answer. This last month I have left 6 messages and no one has returned my call. I don't know how to get a hold of these people. I sent an email from their website as well. This is crazy!! The gate is wide open for anyone to drive through also. We chose this location because you had to use a code to get in and it felt more secure. Anyone can roll in and hook up our 60k boat or trailer and leave and no one would even be there to know. I hope everyone moves their stuff out of here quick! read more

Davenport is probably one of the best storage places I've been to. They have a lot of amenities and services offered. Their prices are lower than most places. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A++ read more

I haven been a customer here for years and the price gouging has gotten out of control. The billing is all messed up, no one answers the phone or returns calls. The nice managers quit and left back in September I believe, this place needs some serious help avoid at all costs! read more

This place used to be well maintained and great customer service. The water by the dump is a hit or miss. Last few times I have gone, the hose was missing and the valve was broke. The price keeps going up for storage and the dump. They used to have 24 hour access, that is what drew me to this place and now you can only come and go until 7pm. The gate has had multiple problems opening and closing. We have come and the gate is wide open. Now when you leave you have to type in a code, they got rid of the ID swipe. read more

I feel like the old bait and switch was played on me today. I called on 09/09/18 to rent a 5x8 unit for a quoted $60 per month. I was told (after he paused to check paperwork) that they had plenty of units available and that it wouldn't be an issue to come in and rent a unit on 9/10/18. I come in on 9/10/18 and suddenly they don't have any of the units they told me were readily available the day before but that they had a larger units available for $85 per month. I was told by the lady running the office that they were sorry but they had a new employee filling in and that she didn't know what else to tell me but they had no units available other than more expensive larger units. At the minimum, I could have been offered a larger unit for the quoted $60 price for a few months and I would have been okay with that since errors do happen. Nope, nothing other than there isn't anything I can do... As of today the online reservation services were also showing the unit I wanted to rent as still being available. I was told that someone was working on correcting this. Poor customer service and a waste of my time after I drove to their remote location. Their prices are good but it seems like if you have any issue you are going to have a difficult time having it resolved. FYI, unlike other storage locations you need to provide two months rent upon rental and pay a $20 fee for them to program you into their gate access system. Something to keep in mind. read more

This storage lot is first class! Just got back from a long vacation with the kids and I feel so lucky to have found this place! Not only do they come to my house and pick the RV up for me, so my husband can get back to work, but they clean and cover it so it will be ready for the next vacation! The one star is for "Ms. Personality" (not Linda the manager) working the counter when I dropped in to inquire about the facility and rates. First of all, you do not communicate with an adult like they are in grade school. I don't need to be schooled on which door to enter. Great storage location and great prices! They have an RV dump, air, water, and small convenience store. There is 24 hour access using a swipe of your drivers license for in and out - great security. Staff is great and really helpful! read more

I recently purchased a RV and had to find storage for it so I shopped around. Most places range from $100-125. I liked that davenport storage had 24/7 access unlike most places. When I took the RV there I met Ron and his buddy Roscoe the pug. Ron was so friendly and helpful. He showed me around the property and even checked on a few people who had just pulled in to see if they needed anything. I definitely feel comfortable leaving my RV there. read more

Davenport Storage is convenient yet perfect for my boat storage! Prices are inexpensive compared to other places in the area and the staff there makes all the difference! I love that they have a little store on the lot so that remembering you forgot ice... you can pick it up there!!! The only con i would say about the yard is that it can get hot and windy. But other than that it is clean, secure, and the location is perfect! read more
