It was very informational and neat to see a little piece of history. Once we were done there we got on the Bridge walkway. We did not realize how long the Park Trail was, which is 17 miles! We decided we are going to rent some bikes when it gets a little warmer and try our hand at finishing the path. However, we did walk some of it though, and it was beautiful. The level of difficulty was just fine for us and the kids, even with my limping. We loved the informative Boy Scouts markers showing the animals that were in the wilderness. Sadly but lucky for us. The sign mentioned bobcats, otters, deer, wild hogs, coyotes, rabbits, opossum, skunk, raccoons, and armadillo. Also there was a bridge made by a Boy Scout as his eagle project. It was done so well. We didn't actually see the animals but we did see very tall birds and the prettiest color of dragon flys. We saw, red, orange, and a tiger patterned wig one. We also saw plenty locusts grasshoppers, and anole lizards. Unfortunately the information center was closed due to covid but the lady working did come out and talk to us. She was supper friendly. Sadly our trip was cut short because of the rain. However if you like the outdoors and love free activities, put this place on your list.

We were lucky enough to have a small group, only the 3 of us and it was magical. We went out after a very heavy rain storm and it was like glass, so calm. We were able to see dolphins, an alligator and birds. Also there were a bunch on small fish jumping. We also had an amazing experience seeing the water glow! It was in full force! It is a one of a kind experience that you don't want to miss. I'm not sure you can make requests, but I would ask for Sparks, he talked the whole time sharing his knowledge and you could tell he loves his job and sharing the experience with you.

Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing experience I've had. Our tour was scheduled for noon, yet we did not return to our vehicle until approximately 2:24 p.m. Considering the ride itself is only one hour long, the delay was completely unacceptable. I paid over $600 for this experience, and instead of enjoying our scheduled ride, we spent well over an hour waiting outside in 98-degree heat. As a parent with children, you can understand how difficult and uncomfortable that was. Then, after waiting in the extreme heat, we still had to wear helmets for the ride--which I absolutely understand is necessary for safety--but the excessive wait beforehand made the experience even more exhausting. I understand that unexpected delays can happen and that businesses have busy days, especially on holidays. However, being more than an hour behind schedule without a better process in place is unacceptable. There should be procedures to manage significant delays or better communicate with guests when schedules fall that far behind. This was actually my third visit. Every time I come to Florida, I make it a point to visit your facility. The first year, our tour started about 15 minutes late. The second year, it was around 20-25 minutes behind schedule. This year, however, the delay exceeded an hour, and unfortunately, that has convinced me that I cannot return. I do want to recognize the positive side of our experience because your staff was outstanding. Please forgive me for not remembering everyone's names, but they deserve recognition. We had two gentlemen wearing the same shirts--one was our tour guide, and the other helped fit us with our helmets. Both were incredibly friendly and professional. There were also two women wearing pink shirts, one with blonde hair and one with black hair. They were both wonderful, and I especially appreciate the kindness shown when one of them offered my child a popsicle while we waited. There was also another woman with blonde hair in a ponytail wearing what looked like a blue-green tie-dye shirt. She was equally helpful and welcoming. Your employees were the highlight of our visit. They were accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire experience. They are the only reason I would even consider returning. However, the ongoing scheduling issues have overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable activity. Waiting over an hour in extreme heat after paying more than $600 simply isn't acceptable. I sincerely hope management reviews its scheduling process and makes improvements because your staff deserves to work for a business that delivers an experience equal to the level of service they provide. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope meaningful changes are made for future guests.

Around $400 for two. The tour was nice. The tour guide was even better. The machines are well maintained. However the tour is pretty slow, so I would recommend it for just people who are not use to ATVs.

The first time…read moreI ever saw bioluminescence was in Puerto Rico back in 2018, and it's still one of the most beautiful nighttime experiences I've ever had--right up there with seeing the Northern Lights. There's just something so magical about watching the water glow around you. We drove about 50 minutes from Orlando to Merritt Island for the tour, where we launched from the Indian River Lagoon, and it was absolutely worth it. This is one of those experiences that's really hit or miss, so keep in mind that the amount of bioluminescence you see isn't something the tour company can control. We got lucky because there was so much activity that night! We actually didn't kayak very far since the bioluminescence was so active right near the shoreline. We spent most of our time enjoying it from that area because there was no need to go much farther. Also, don't expect your phone camera to do it justice. It's incredibly hard to capture on camera, and it's so much more breathtaking in person. I highly recommend this experience to everyone, and I already can't wait to do it again!
