Very cute cafe with lots of nice and cozy outdoor seating and some indoor seating too. Lots of items to browse while ordering your beverage. The iced latte was tasty.

this is the definition of a hidden gem. This cafe is snuggled in between old buildings and is tucked at the very back of a vintage store. There's two entrances to this cafe but both are not handicap accessible. It's surf shop themed and offers creative latte flavors for the different seasons. I got the toasted banana latte with almond milk and my boyfriend got the black raspberry mocha. He's a big mocha fan and liked the mocha aspect of his drink, but wasn't a huge fan of the raspberry. I however, LOVED my banana latte. I'm a huge fan of all things banana and was pleasantly impressed with this drink. The sweaters and clothes they have for sale are so dangerously tempting to buy! Of course I couldn't leave this place without a sweatshirt which I can't wait to wear throughout the year. I'd rate them a 10/10 on vibes and coffee! Such a cute place with cute atmosphere. It's worth the stop if you're in the area.

The concept of this place is VERY cool. I imagine it gets packed in the summer. Their outdoor seating it's beautiful and they have different kinds of lounging spots such as tables and standard chairs, swinging chair, couches, reclining chairs, and even this cute comfy corner seat inside the place. There are multiple entrances and each one feels like you're entering a new world. They have a sweater and tee shop inside too also with other trinkets. The decor is what makes it feel like you're at a surf shop by the beach. I also love the bright colors, it really makes the place feel happy. The bathroom was also very cool. The walls were decorated with vintage records. I ordered the castaway smoothie. It was pretty good although the pineapple and banana did overpower the other flavors in there. There were still a few chunks of unblended pineapple at the bottom but it just made for a good snack at the end. My friend ordered the van chai and surprisingly you could taste the chai. Think of it as a combination of chocolate chai and that's what it taste like. Shameless plug but we did come here after whale watching at Cape Ann whale watch.

If you are in the area, even remotely, I highly recommend checking out this cute cafe! Some friends and I were visiting the area from Alabama for a bachelorette trip, and we decided to check out this the cafe to grab coffee to get the day started our first day. Our drinks (iced coffees, hot coffees, green tea, and hot chocolates) were all absolutely delicious! One of the girls got an açaí bowl there as well that I tried, and it was amazing! We all ended up leaving with a sweatshirt and/or tshirt for ourselves, and some of the girls took their other half's a shirt home as well. The hospitality of the small staff, and the local regulars we encountered while there were wonderful. So much so, we got up early the next morning to get more drinks and to pick up some cute hats for the day since it was going to be raining before riding over for a day in Salem. The bride went with a white hat, and the rest of us wore black to go with our spooky themed bachelorette and we rocked our "NOT DEAD YET" hats all day in Salem. We had SO many compliments throughout the day - and were sure to tell everyone immediately our raving reviews of this awesome coffee shop! Also, I read a review that talked about the price of their merch, it's worth it. Not only are their designs super fun, they're very unique (I cannot express the number of compliments our entire group received together and individually on the hats), and the hoodie I purchased, is by far one of the softest hoodies on the inside that I've ever bought. From a group of southern girls that know a thing or two about southern hospitality, thank you for being the go-to to get our days started during our short weekend in Gloucester!

This place is a must if you are in Gloucester! The atmosphere is so inviting and chill. Very cozy but not tight. Makes you feel like you're right on the beach. Nice indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff are friendly and prompt. The coffee is great and so are the smoothies - highly recommend turning the smoothie into a bowl and getting the cafe mocha!

I got the lemonade. It was juicy, yellow and refreshing. The service was fast. The place reminded me of a surf shop and Rhode Island.

Their menu is centered around the almighty biscuit - biscuits/scones are one of my favorite ways to inhale carbs but they can run on the too bread-y side of the spectrum. These were fantastic: delicate crumb, beautiful golden color, and sturdy enough to hold in all the sandwich fillings. I went with the classic breakfast egg sandwich (scrambled egg, cheese, and arugula) and added sausage. This was one of those rare situations where the bread vehicle outshined the fillings. The egg, while nice and fluffy (and tasted like real egg instead of the diluted mix I've had elsewhere), could have used some more seasoning and was begging for a healthy dollop of ketchup or hot sauce. The only thing that came through strongly was the salt crystals on the top of the biscuit. Tried a bite of my husband's chicken salad on a cheddar/onion biscuit and had the same reaction - the biscuit overpowered everything else. Not that I'm complaining. The bakery is on a side street off the busier, more touristy Rogers Street. I had this idea too late but next time I'm in Gloucester, I'd take a biscuit sandwich to the beach area along Western Ave. The cafe itself is very, very cute, with little nooks and crannies everywhere for seating and even a comfy looking couch. Bathroom was clean. We found a parking lot one street over in the other direction.

All 3 of us ordered the egg sandwich. It's cooked egg (like a puck) on 2 slices of plain bread with about 1 teaspoon of cheese that is such a small amount that it doesn't cover most of the egg. That's it. Not enough cheese, no butter, no salt, no pepper. Nothing. They don't even toast the bread. If we had tasked our 6 year old nephew to making us egg sandwiches, this is what he would hand us. My cousins had coffee. One hot and the other cold. Hot reportedly is pretty good and the iced is not very strong. I ordered an iced tea. When iced tea is made fresh from actual tea (a good thing), then sits in the fridge for 6 or 7 days (a bad thing), it gets a very distinctive stale taste and that's exactly what this iced tea had. It was old and stale. I threw it away and since the egg sandwich was so dry, I pulled a bottle of water I had in my beach tote to wash it down. My cousin asked the friendly staffer (super friendly, actually, so a shout out to them) for some salt and this turned into a task. She had to ask someone else and that person had to go off somewhere to get some from a plastic container. If you're going to serve unseasoned food, have salt available, please. I ordered a croissant, which was OK and my other cousin ordered a blueberry slab dessert that was smothered in so much icing that it was sickeningly sweet. We joked that eying it from the side, the icing was thicker than the pastry itself. One of us grabbed a knife and tried to scrape some off to no avail. It fell apart, none of us wanted any more and we tossed most of it. I like to support small businesses, but this was not a good experience for us.
