Gigi lied and said they never received any of our messages even though you can see they read them and didn't respond (happy to screenshot all of the messages so that the owner can't come on here and try to debunk any of this happening). We were told on several occasions our pieces would be ready on a certain day, only to never hear from them, we then called them on said day for Gigi to tell us she didn't know we still wanted them, all because we said we wanted a call from a manager. Yet she asked us to confirm sizes for approval to move forward, which we gave, she gave us another expected date to be done. Again not done! We called and asked for Savia (the owner), we were told she was with a customer and would call when she was done, we called back an hour later and they said she left the office for the day. Decided to take our business elsewhere for better customer service and even beat their price by almost a third!

While they looked nice, it turns out that the cabinets are made from some form of plastic with a hair thin plastic veneer that is basically a photograph of wood. The adhesive on the veneer failed all at once and the entire veneer panels are simply falling off. It started when I came home and found a veneer panel on the floor. So, I went back to Style Craft and they told me that there was nothing they could do and that other customers have had the same problem. They showed less than zero interest in trying to help me. Their product is junk. Spring for a few extra bucks and buy cabinets built out of real wood.

When I walked in and placed an order for 2 French Doors, I had confidence that they knew what they…read morewere doing. I was greatly mistaken. I had all of my measurements, and even was specific that one side of the French door was .5" wider than the other. (34.5" in one side of the unit, 35" on the other.) The opening had 6' 5" h doors. (I was then told these would be special order doors, and the frame size needed to be determined....) When I was asked if I needed any lock sets, I said no, I have a dead bolt and handle for each unit. I was asked if I wanted the holes bored, I said yes. One set for each unit. We even had a discussion about how many, and I showed a pic from my phone. $1100.00+ per door, paid in full at time of ordering. 2 weeks later.... The doors were delivered, and stored in my garage, until we were ready to install them. (About 1 month) As we began the installation, we noticed the huge measurement difference. We needed to add 2X4's on the top and sides. Instead of returning the order, we decided to make due with the smaller doors. I'm not happy about it but, rather than go through the aggravation of reordering, I'll just install them. After we did the rough install, we opened the doors to check for square and level. The pin kit for the side door, dropped to the floor. It would not stay up in the pin kit . So, one door is installed and we went to install the dead bolt and handle. We have 4 holes on each unit, 2 per door, not per unit. WTF, do I do with this? These are exterior doors! When I called about these issues I said I would live with the short and squat doors. Though my son is 6'4" and can't use these doors without taking his head off at his nose. I'll even replace the molding around all 3 of my French door units, to match the 4" flat stock I need to use so the doors don't look like crap. However, I would need someone to come look at the dropping pin kit, because these doors are useless if I can't open and close them properly. ( Someone was sent 4 days after my call. The pin kit was replaced.) The issue of 4 bored holes per French door unit.... I was told to buy dummy handles, and I'd be compensated. (No words, really, I have no words.) I have yet to hear what will be done about this mess... Buyer beware!!!!! I will not be recommending Kimal to anyone.
