I reached out to Javier who was super responsive and helpful. Although he was quite a distance away from Boulder, Javier had quickly responded, quoted me for the same Pental quartz I was being quoted (very reasonable estimate, was quoted less than Moros quoted) for in Boulder, and he had lots of remnant options for me to choose from for the extra bathroom project I wanted to complete. While they don't have a big fancy showroom or anything, they clearly know what they are doing, and I decided to pull the trigger. They came out and measured a few days later, and were here installing a week after my initial inquiry. They had to move kitchen appliances, remove existing counters, and even removed my old backsplash for me too. They took care and make sure everything was put back in place. The counters were perfectly cut and installed. I couldn't be more happy with the work done! I highly recommend ABC Granite. Will post before and after pics once my backsplash is in.

Brevan is amazing- he creates great relationships with everyone involved in the process which helps when you encounter any of the million and one issues that inevitably pop up. We had a true partnership- we had a very good idea of what we wanted but his input made our house much more beautiful, efficient and livable. (I will say we didn't take all of his suggestions but he was fine with that and we appreciated hearing them! On the other hand, after he explained pros and cons of things that I was 100% sure that I wanted, more often than not I changed my mind:). One of our core values is integrity which is why we so valued working with Brevan on this house. I can't emphasize enough how important that was. Friends who are building a house on the East Coast have asked us for advice and our number one suggestion was "find a builder that you like and trust". Even the city inspector told us how much he appreciated the quality of Brevan's work. We enjoyed all the hours that we spent with Brevan, we value and trust his input and insight, and we knew that he was going to be open, honest and fair with us throughout the process. Communication on both build issues and finances was consistent and open; Heidi always called us if she thought we'd have questions about billing so that we could discuss, and we saw all the vouchers down to items picked up from Home Depot! They took that as not needing to prep the floor AT ALL. They coated over existing dust on the floor and now the epoxy is bubbling up and chipping. Like I said, they won't call me back, didn't warrantee their horrific work. I'm having to replace it all after only 4 years. They got epoxy all over the baseboard as well - didn't bother to tape it off.

Diamond was fantastic to deal with in helping us out of a jam! We had a plumbing sewer line issue…read morethat necessitated the removal of our front porch and sidewalk to get to the busted line. The patio was up against the house and the team had to be very careful to cut and remove without doing damage to everything adjacent to the work area. Brian, Steve, and the rest of the Diamond team did a beautiful job, highly skilled and professional. What they uncovered was what appeared to be a footing below ground, so a second session was necessary (different equipment). After removing part of the footing, it became apparent it was actually tied into the foundation. We paused the work, had the plumbers/excavators come assess the situation (Done! Plumbing - who were also great to work with). Fortunately, the Done! team was able to get their job complete working around that footing/foundation. Ultimately, the builder (Richmond) laid the porch on top of a 9ft footing/foundation which was a ridiculous amount of concrete to support the porch and roof. Plus they put all that directly on top of a badly installed sewer line (not to code)...making it a time bomb that was an unavoidable nightmare for the unsuspecting homeowner. If we had to have that footing/foundation removed to get to the sewer line, we would have absolutely called upon Diamond to do the job. Highly recommend this company! They made a nightmare situation, much less scary.

Diamond Drilling is a highly unethical company that is dishonest and uses bully tactics to get you…read moreto pay for services that they don't perform. They claimed to have done work on my Denver property, which there was no evidence that they'd done for a crooked contractor I hired. I believe they were in league with him to get people to pay for work they didn't perform. They have trucks with some kind of satellite tracking that shows they were parked at at particular location and then they claim that they were working at your property for the time the truck was parked there. In my case they couldn't show me any work they'd done except a small area 2'x 3' (6 square feet!) that looked exactly like all the unpolished floor around it. Other people working there told me that one guy showed up and pushed a machine around for about 1/2 hour but got mad because something was wrong with his machine and it kept ripping the grinding paper. He then left and went next door to the bar. He returned after a couple hours, drunk, and spent another hour talking to everyone and then left again for about an hour and then came back and took a nap in his truck. When I got a bill for for $1200 they claimed they'd worked for 6 hours at $200 per hour! Even if he actually had done the work, that's one guy with a concrete polishing machine getting $200 an hour which is ludicrous enough for 6 square feet of crappy work. Later I had the entire 3000 sq ft area polished for $3000 ($1 sq ft) and it took 1 1/2 days (about 12 hours) so I knew Diamond Drilling was a big rip-off. Nonetheless that didn't stop them from dunning and threatened me ..even to the point that I feared harm to my property and person. Really classy outfit! They should dig a hole to hell for themselves and jump into it.

They were reliable, courteous and professional 3. They did an absolutely amazing job, the floors look beautiful 4. They cleaned up after themselves 5. The job was finished pretty much on time and on budget 6. Todd is honest and has a great work ethic Long story: We moved here from out of state and had no referrals for floors. I picked companies off of Angie's list. I took a leap of faith and hired Todd. He always responded to texts and calls and showed up when he was supposed to. He went with me to a flooring show room to help me with choices. He ended up referring me to Complete Flooring and I chose a pre-finished floor from them. Todd worked really well with the people from the flooring company to coordinate delivery and purchasing more product when we needed it. His guys are perfectionists and they did a great job on installation. We did have a problem with one room. Omar told us what happened (long story I won't bore you with here). They could have easily brushed it off and let us figure it out later after they had their money but they didn't. They showed us the issue and when we decided we weren't happy they fixed the whole thing no questions asked....they just did the right thing! How refreshing! They cleaned up at the end of each day. They were respectful of our home and our time. There were a few areas that were very challenging to work around ( a river rock fire place). Omar had to remove and cut rocks and scribe the wood around some areas. It looks amazing, he is a true artist and perfectionist. Thank you Omar! At the end of the job they left some trash that we were't expecting. My husband sent Todd a text and he came and got it...again no questions asked. He just apologized that they had forgotten to take it and swept it away. We would hire them again no question. If we ever need hard wood again I'm not sure I would even call anyone else for an estimate. Can't recommend Juxtaposition enough!
