He offered to help me and offered to come out and look at my plumbing problem the very next morning.. which he did, he diagnosed my problem ,which was high water pressure coming into our house, and offered to install a pressure regulating valve ,to lower the volume of pressure entering our house.. he gave us an estimate, which was very reasonable, and came back and did all that he promised to do!
