He and his associate were both really awesome and professional, and Dan was nice enough to call around to try to find a local supplier who carried my old and antiquated model so that the cost would be kept low. Unfortunately my condo complex is built as cheaply as possible so nobody carried the part, so i decided to just let Dan replace it. He did that and a full flush for a reasonable price. His professionalism and efficiency, his patience with me, and competitive prices are top-notch. I definitely will be using him from now on for any plumbing issues i have in the future. 100% recommend his services!

Following the miscommunication on my part (Plumbing vs HVAC tech) the owner Vince personally called me and told me that he was sending out another tech in the next hour that had the correct HVAC equipment to get the pipe cleared. (He said the drain pipe is a grey area between Plumbing/HVAC as while it drains into the sewer, that the plumbers don't usually work with pipes that small.) Incredible service! And really appreciate the owner calling me to make it right. We'll certainly call Alpine back the next time that we need help.

The Alpine team helped me calling the Navien team to get the new part replaced through warranty so that's good value. I found out my water is very hard so lots of scum got accumulated which destroyed the water heater tank not able to heat up normally. To prevent his from happening again, I decided to install the Halo-5 water treatment system. The Alphine also managed to rework the pipping and make the installation of the Halo-5 with great care and efficiency! After the Halo-5 installation, Vince also helped flushing the water heater. While the flush is ongoing, he also helped me check my AC air filters as a courtesy. Before the maintenance, I was worried about the repair experience as I rarely have to worry about things like such and I'm very glad to say that the Alphine team has done an exceptional job! Thank you Vince, Edgar, Shawn & John again! This is the kind of team you would trust to get the job done professionally with a very friendly and polite manner!

Called for a clogged drain at my parent's house. Quick response with a quick assessment of the problem. The next morning he was out to replace a part of sewer line witch had been overgrown and clogged with tree roots. He had to remove pavers and had to dig a bit. Left the area clean, replaced the pavers exactly as it was before. 100% satisfied. read more

Plumbers are like good mechanics: when you find a good one, you hold on to them. Greg was incredibly responsive, providing clear guidance and several options for the upgrade we needed. His brother, Christian, performed the vast majority of the work, which involved opening the wall and redoing the pipes. Christian was fantastic--extremely conscientious and professional throughout the several days he was here. I especially appreciated that they always wore protective booties to keep the house clean while moving in and out. The pricing was very reasonable, and Greg even connected us with a skilled tile professional to repair the wall afterward. This was a huge relief and saved me days of DIY frustration.
