I got scammed by another company big plumbing company called Rooter Man who tried to up-charge and replace broken sewer lines. When you start smelling sewage, you need to act fast. I received Adrian's contact info from a sewer line inspector and had him come out to take a look at our problem. No charge to run a camera through our cleanouts and see what we were dealing with. Bad grading and a questionable original installation of the line led to a rollercoaster looking drain line to the city hookup. It was bad and needed to be fixed immediately. Ultimately had Adrian and his crew (Ezra and Willy) fix the entire line through our front yard. They were timely, responsive, and quick in their work. A great value, too. The whole job was done in two days (we have clay soil, these guys are machines!) and we had great flow with a new connection to the city line. They even sent videos explaining the fixes to the line. Adrian is also coming back to check the flow in a week and tamper the soil so we can put down grass seed and get our lawn in shape for the summer. Just very pleased with the transparency and professionalism that Canyon City Plumber has, and would definitely recommend for any work related to sewer line repair.
