What can I say about Jim besides how awesome of a human being he is. First of all his response time is epic. My water heater failed last night on a Friday. I was texting him early Saturday morning. He wanted to help me claim the warranty on my Rheem water heater, but I couldn't wait till Monday so he came out and helped replace the water heater with a brand new more efficient Rheem unit. He looked at my set up and made recommendations that would help make my water heater last. He asked me to accompany him to Home Depot and he showed me the different ones and which ones had the best warranty so that I'd be covered for 12 years! Luckily, I had a Home Depot credit card so the cost of the parts I put on my Home Depot card so I'd have 0% interest for 12 months and get to pay monthly instead of forking out the money up front. He took less than 2-3 hours to take down the old unit, install the new unit, and even cleaned up the mess I made with the old unit. He hauled away the old unit, so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I can't say enough nice things about Jim. His customer service is outstanding, he's super professional, his etiquette is top notch, he's extremely friendly and courteous, he made sure I understood what he was doing so there were no surprises, and most importantly, as customers, he charges a VERY FAIR price.
