Truck showed up within the time frame promised and was happy to flatbed tow me to a different location than initially instructed. Only quibble: getting my Alfa onto the flatbed without at least somewhat scraping the bottom of the active carbon front spoiler sadly proved impossible...driver said he normally has additional wood in the truck to accommodate low-ish to the ground vehicles but that the previous person who used the truck "did not put the wood back." In short, a job well done other than the unnecessary (thankfully slight) damage done to my lower front spoiler lip.

The person on the phone was very down to earth and gave me a very reasonable price. I was really in a pickle at the time. I'm from New Jersey and literally had to leave my car up there in a parking lot. I called several places and they were one of the few open on a Sunday (they were also the most affordable!) Super nice people, the tow driver gave me a call to confirm the drop off location and called me when he was near. So glad I called them, seriously give them a call, they'll hook you up.

We have always brought foreign vehicles here (BMW, Lexus) and they have always done a great job at a fair price with honest work.
