This company is calling people blind from a false VPN number to make it look as if they are in your hometown. When they called me, they told me that I inquired about windows. I told them I did not. They said well you did. I said don't call me anymore. The sales person then told me that he will continuously call me repeatedly. This is harassment and a threat. Hello ,I just had my windows done from centurion and am so happy and pleased with there work . I have been looking for a long time and had many companies come and give me a quote but not real professional and some were kinda of pushy . Doug came over and was just the best .Very professional and explained everything well and didn't bother having to repeat it . The Jason the owner came by to get what I really wanted and was so friendly and helpful . Then Mike stopped by and remeasured all the windows to make sure they were right . Jake and dj came to replace them and did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything like they were never even there . Oh and did I mention that Doug and his wife rescued a puppy and even Mike and his wife rescued a dog . You have to love a company that loves animals . Just received an email saying they would not be able to install them yet as the builder of the windows does not have them done yet. Blaming COVID of course. Sales rep Greg Schlechty arrived today to give us an estimate for a new patio door. Our present door lock no longer latched, so Greg took it upon himself to fix it for our security. We are getting this door replaced for a much better Castle door. Castle replaced our picture window two years ago and we knew they were the ones we wanted for the patio door. I was unable to check in because Castle is in Fort Wayne, Indiana and I am in Indianapolis, Indiana. I did have Cory and Jake from Castle come to my home to replace 19 windows that have been here since 1947. Many of the old windows would not even open. These new windows are absolutely beautiful. Cory and Jake did an amazing job. It doesn't even look like the same house. They removed a couple of pieces of awnings and it updated the look of the house. Cory offers some great ideas. I couldn't have asked for any better. I need new doors in the future and I will go back to Castle and ask for Cory and Jake! read more

On a Friday their representative came and gave me a quote on windows. He didn't leave me the estimate. I called and left a message on Saturday that I wanted the estimate. On Monday another rep called me and wanted to know if I was going with their company for windows. I told him I was getting other estimates and would make a decision later. On Tuesday another rep called me wanting to know the same thing. I repeated my request about the estimate stating that I wouldn't make a decision without it. Then I told him to just forget it. He e-mailed the estimate. Here's the best part. The estimate showed only the dollar amount. It didn't say what kind of windows, vinyl, or glass that I was getting. I have never been more turned off by a company than this one. We initially attempted to win free windows and were talked into setting a time to get a quote. Ok fine, we'll listen to what y'all have to say, but my husband and I knew that financially we were not interested at this time. but will be eventually! When the sales rep came to our home, in an evening, he ran a quote for us on three different options we will consider (in the future). He had NO CLUE of the prize to be won. He then proceeded to tell us our quote, and how to decipher if windows are good, and other companies warranties, after about two company warranty reviews were like, alright we get it. 3 hours later were are still there. Without being rude, we are trying to say no. Now I used to work in sales, I get it, but he wouldn't budge though we were saying we are not financially ready and we just wanted the free windows OR to consider for later when we can afford it. He kept saying can you handle this minimum monthly payment. Finally, just wanting him to leave we gave in and signed away all while knowing we were going to call the next day to cancel. This guy wouldn't 't leave until we gave in, (note to self don't let anyone in your home). We called to cancel and they said the department would call us back. Then we are called by a higher up in the company offering the lowest dollar he could offer, saying the same thing the rep said before "are you saying you can't handle $25 a week. Again being the push over I am I caved and said I will talk to my husband, I was tired of talking to anyone. I instantly called my husband and said He needed to take care of this. My husband had a decent, understanding conversation with this man. the cancelation was complete and the nightmare I THOUGHT was over. as the Sales man stated nothing would come of this situation if we cancelled in the 3 day recession period. He lied. I received a credit card in my name from Wells Fargo, with a pending transaction on it from castle windows. AND the application was received by Wells Fargo THE DAY AFTER the sales guy took 3 hours of our time begging us to sign up for these windows. Meaning, within the 3 day period we can rightfully cancel. I called the company, which is only an answering service department, who sounded like she knew nothing of the company, take my information and I was able to LEAVE a MESSAGE. I made the mistake of signing up for a drawing to win windows, which NO ONE from the company new about, and I am/was a push over. The only thing I learned was this is a horrible crooked company that may have decent windows but prey on weaker people to sell for outrageous prices; and how to read window stickers, so I can buy decent windows at menards/Home Depot. I DO NOT recommend this company at ALL. read more
