Luckily we were able to get another reservation (although not what we originally wanted). He never sent us any information about anything. Luckily I had a friend traveling with us who made sure we knew about discounted excursions, drink packages, etc. Jeff never gave us a thing. Never a thank you for booking with him. Never asked if we were all set or asked how it went. WORST travel agent and agency I have EVER experienced. He completely turned us off to using an agent. Horrible. After all the mistakes he made you'd think he'd at least see how it went since I had to do it ALL myself.

When I arrived for our 1:30PM appointment there was no pleasant greeting. A woman behind a plexiglass, eating, asked what I wanted to see Peter about. I said I had an appointment with him for 1:30. She said he was not there and would be back in an hour. She them called him and I heard her say that I was there. She then said he would be back in half an hour. I informed her that I made time in my schedule and I could not believe they ran a business like that and left. I never heard back with an apology or anything. They can't keep an appointment how can you trust them to plan a trip! Do not waste your time!

My wife and I have travelled to Mexico or some Caribbean island each year for the past 25 years…read more For the past 10 or 12 years I have booked (not 2020 or 2021,COVID)these trips from a on line site and been happy with the deals we have received. This year we picked a hotel and flight package for Playa del Carmen, Mexico and thought we had a great price, then I called Rudy's Travel and talked to Cherilyn. I didn't think she would be able to compete with the price, but gave her the challenge. She called us back a couple of hours later and had a price that was $600.00 dollars cheaper. My questions were do we still have the non-stop flight both ways- do we still have the ocean front room and do we still have Club access at this hotel? WOW! The answers were all yes the exact flight and room at the same hotel. We went 2/5/22 thru 2/12/22 and everything that Cherilyn touched was perfect and with the money we saved we bought trip insurance and still saved money. Next year when we go for our annual trip you can be sure that we will be giving Cherilyn a call Would highly recommend, J and L Brown
