Shamelessly quoting 3x a certified dealer for the exact same job is outrageous.

There's no pressure to buy just a warm welcome and friendly service. A couple of things to note- if you get to the shop and the door is locked during business hours, knock on the door or call the shop. They oftentimes are plagued by people in need in the area looking for a handout so to protect their business they may have to lock their door. He said if was missing some pieces and some of the pieces were broken. He took the heart of the clock home with him. He was upfront about the cost and we thought it was very reasonable. I was basically brushed off and told that the order would ship that same day, that they would call me with an update, and that the rings would be there by Friday. I went back again today to follow up, only to find out that nothing had been done. The order had not been placed or shipped as I was told. Now, once again, I have been promised that my wedding bands will be here by Tuesday. At this point, after being given incorrect information multiple times and receiving no calls or follow-up, I unfortunately have no reason to trust what I am being told. What makes this situation even more upsetting is that I am leaving Wednesday to get married in Italy. These are our WEDDING BANDS. This is not an ordinary purchase that can simply arrive whenever it arrives. They knew exactly what these rings were for and the importance of having them before our wedding. Mistakes can happen, but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of responsibility, communication, urgency, and honesty. It has been nearly eight weeks since we paid for our order in full, and instead of someone taking ownership of the situation, I have had to repeatedly go to the store myself looking for answers--only to be given another promise that isn't kept.
