My dear friend of mine whom I was visiting in Medford from MI want to go see this adult toy store see had heard about from some late night commercials and was nervous about going. We drove out to this store and at first the tinted doors and blocked out windows made her a bit nervous be we rationalized that they had to make it so no one could see inside. Upon entering we were delighted to see everything so clean and neatly organized with a huge selection of various types of toys, dvds, lotions, clothing, as well as the gag gifts that exist in these stores. There was even a decent selection of bdsm for beginners here which was a delight over the fuzzy handcuffs. My friend is about 30 years older than me and sometime people look at us strange for acting just like normal friends whom are the same age but not Kailee. She was so wonderful to both of us. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly to both of us. We couldn't stop smiling. She also understood us having a budget and our demanding toy requirements. My husband and I have been going to Castle Megastore in Medford, OR for many many years for many different reasons. Today we took a big step in our sexual life and had some AMAZING help from Katie, Jill, and Vanessa. They are kind and at the ready to help with every question and concern, and gave us space to discuss things alone as well. Today was definitely our best experience out of all of the good experiences we've had there. They gave us recommendations on products and sold items based on honesty, instead of profit. I walked into the store with one goal: garters. I was wearing my "sexy nurse" costume hoping that the guys/gals working could help me match a couple of garters to my costume. I was not disappointed! Vannessa immediately walked me over to the garters and showed me a couple of ADORABLE nurse themed garters and helped me make sure that they fit. They did. I was ecstatic, and then asked if they happened to have any kind of double sided tape or something for a small rip in the seam of my costume- to which she replied that she might have something for me... next thing I know, Vannessa is positioning me next to the cash wrap so that she can SEW my costume up the side! I was absolutely shocked by the customer service I was receiving. She was quick, knowledgeable, and absolutely did not have to go out of her way the way she did for me. Instead upon opening the door you'll find yourself in what at first appears to be your local Rite Aid Pharmacy!! Brightly lit, clean and with an open airy feeling, this store is stocked full of everything you would expect - from adult toys, clothes, and DVD's through fun items for hen/stag celebrations. Everything is well laid out and easy to find. There are hands-on working display models of many of the items - which I have to admit was a first for me in one of these types of retailers! The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products on sale, and will take things out of packages so you can look closer. My friend and I went into the store and we were looking around for a while trying to decide on some products, but we really didn't have that much knowledge on what to get. Vannessa offered assistance and we ended up spending 2 hours in the store. She was knowledgeable, professional, and a great person. She did well on upselling us some products that were much better quality than what my friend and I had originally picked out, and upsold some additional products I had no intention of buying, but I couldn't resist after she let us try out some testers. She made us feel comfortable to ask questions about all sorts of products we were just curious about. I hope to attend her girls only event this Saturday to see if there are any deals on the other items that are now in my must haves list. If not, I'll just have to save up and come back later! I visited Castle yesterday evening and had such a wonderful experience. I am a novice when it comes to lingerie, toys, and all that, so I was nervous even though I was accompanied by my fiance. The store was bright and inviting, clean, organized, and the prices to all the items were clearly marked. All the staff members were genuinely friendly, inviting, patient, helpful and informative with all my questions. We were on a tight budget, and since this was only my 2nd experience in an adult shop, I was curious about a lot of items I had never seen. I went in to castle tonight on a whim and it was a damn good decision. Corrie was super helpful and made me feel more comfortable with browsing the lingerie. She helped me select a few items as I don't really know what I like in general. While she was helping me, Tamika helped my partner with selecting a good toy cleaner and answered all her questions about other products. Before we left we made a comment about how we couldn't get a receipt for a purchase we made back in January for a Fun Factory toy that had broke. Corrie was able to find our electronic receipt, even though before 2 other employees tried to help us but said they had no record of the purchase. When I went into the store I knew what I was looking for but I just couldn't find it. There was only one staff member in the store and she was already helping a young couple. The store was clean and bright, I noticed everything was neat and organized as I waited. As soon as it looked like she had time I asked the nice staff lady about the products I was looking for... She briefly stepped away and focused her attention on me. Wow...I was surprised at how friendly and how knowledgeable she was about the products I had mentioned. She gave me a quick brief of each product and gave a great suggestion to upgrade another product I was looking for. My lady and I were on a little vacation from Seattle. We walked in looking for something and adventurous for us but we also felt really awkward looking for what we wanted. Bryan the sales associate fixed that real quick. Not only was he very helpful and made us completely comfortable, he was also the most knowledgeable individual we have ever encountered in an adult store. They have a great selection of everything you could possibly want but they are very overpriced , do yourself a favor and just purchase the same products online and save about half the money you would buying them here .. I literally spent $250 on products that I could have bought off Amazon or similar online retailer for about $150 ... I bought my wife a q pack of pink pussycat sexual enhancement pill because the worker highly recommended it and they Charged me $25 for 1 pill when I can buy the same exact packet for $5 or 5 pills for $25 online which is a ridiculous markup .. infact because of this I will never shop there again nor recommend them to anyone for that matter .. greedy people shouldn't prosper !! read more

This is hands down the best adult store. Until I found this store I would typically do all my intimate shopping online because most adult stores a little uncomfortable. Not at Castle, the employees are super helpful and know what they're talking about. They have an awesome selection and make sure everything works before you leave the store. You are probably going to spend more then you would online, but at least you know what you are going to get and you don't have someone creeping on you while you shop. Just had a fantastic shopping experience at our Castle here in Medford. We worked with Rebecca, and she is super knowledgeable, understanding, and very helpful in finding the right toys for us. She really knew the products, she divulged both the positives and negatives of different toys and she even explained why some aspects might be more or less desirable based on our needs. She did not try to talk us into buying more and more stuff, she just made sure we got the stuff we wanted, got the correct lotions and potions to make it all work, and made sure to answer any additional questions we had. I was driving through Medford for work when I looked up and saw there was a castle megastore right off the freeway. My wife and I have been wanting to pick out some toys for us to play with.
