This has got to be the dirtiest most unprofessional VS store I have ever been to. Once at night and then the next morning (Sunday), to purchase the things I had decided to buy. Despite coming in at a little after open, the dressing rooms were TOTALLY FILTHY. There were tags, dust bunnies and trash all over the floor of the dressing rooms. The light in the dressing room was also horrible; however, it never masked the trash covering the floor. There were about 4-5 customer service/sales people in the entire store. The cashier was sweet and when I asked a direct question, I generally was given assistance for the first 2-3 minutes of my search. Still I spent 75%+ of my time searching for merchandise by myself even though I arrived 10 minutes after the store opened. I could have pulled out every drawer in the entire store without anyone asking if I needed help. I do appreciate the space when window shopping. However, when it was clear I was looking for specific panties to match a bras all over the store, it was really annoying that no one came over to help. One salesperson even walked up to me saying, "oh you came back". She then walked away and left me looking for the things I wanted to buy for almost an hour totally on my own. SMH. I spent 20 years in retail as a sales associate, manager, district manager, and franchise owner. This store does a total disservice to the VS brand name. If i was VS, I would shut this store down. This is not the kind of place you go to looking to buy $250 dollars for two bra and panty sets and a robe. The Lynwood Washington VS Secret store is creating negative brand equity! This location is so dirty and low in merchandise. Employees clearly are there watching the clock and talking to one another rather than helping customers (even at open with three customers in the whole store). I made a special order for two thong panties. They told me on a Sunday they would arrive in two days. It is exactly a week from that date and I still haven't received anything. Because I dont have a receipt of the order, I don't even know how to figure out whether or not they were ordered and unavailable or never ordered the Sunday I was in the store etc.

I've shopped here on and off over the last 20 years since I've lived in the area. Everybody says go…read moreto Nordstrom rack. Well over that 20-year time period I can probably count on one hand how many times I walked out of there with something worthwhile. For one thing the store is always in a fair amount of disarray. The racks are overcrowded. Too many items where they just have one or two things and it's really hard to find what you want in your size. A lot of stuff on the floor and if you do find something you love you have to wonder if it was stepped on or rolled over by a cart at some point. The prices probably are more reasonable if you do find something but you really got to dig. The thing that really burns my hide is the line. It's been long often in the past but it could be worthwhile if you found something. This most recent time I went the line was ridiculous. I would guess there was 35 or 40 people in line and three cashiers. The people were lined up all the way to the dressing room. I expect this if I go in Ross or the Goodwill. Not Nordstrom rack. Never again. But I want to give credit where credit is due, the cashiers despite the crushing workload where personable and did not display any stress despite the obvious frustration of everyone staring at them doing their job.
