I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance (an oil change). Immediately after picking it up, I noticed a message on my dashboard: "No navigation module connected." This system worked perfectly before my visit and is something I use daily. I mentioned it right away, and a staff member showed me the navigation module located in the glove compartment (something I had never needed to access before). He briefly handled it and then told me it "wasn't working." That didn't sit right with me. When I got home, my husband took a closer look and discovered that the SD card inside the navigation module was missing. We ended up purchasing a replacement ourselves, but even after installing it, the system still does not work. At this point, the only reasonable conclusion is that something happened to the navigation module during service. Whether it was removed, swapped, or mishandled, the fact that a key component was missing and not disclosed is extremely concerning. What's most upsetting is the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the issue, it was brushed off. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and left with a non-functioning navigation system. Be cautious bringing your vehicle here--especially if you value transparency and trust

He did offer me a finance option but I had the cash so why not just pay the whole thing up front. The warranty I paid for, is basically useless, just like their shady mechanic - so is the warranty company - couldn't use it for ANY of the repairs and replacements I needed to do. All these issues were present at the time of buying but they messed with the car, just so I could do the test drive in their parking lot, since i wasn't allowed a proper testing.
