Came in for a simple Oil Change and Tire Rotation, left with tires wobbling and untightened lug nuts. Came right back in again right away to have them tighten everything. Started to get warning lights for the tires. Made it to our destination, car had a rattle. They still had not tightened down the lug nuts. Made it back and brought the car in to have them fix their mistakes. They called us liars. Now the car has more warning lights and new rattling sound coming from engine. They failed to properly seal my tires (isn't that straightforward?) so I had to pay hundreds to get that redone at another car shop. They left the plastic cover undone underneath my car so it was banging on the road when I drove away. After my other cars of various makes got older than about a year or so, I rarely used to take them back to the dealer for service. Instead, it was Jiffy Lube or "Joe Blow's Auto shop". For whatever stupid reason, I just thought dealers would be far more expensive. However, with my 2006 Sienna (now with just a little over 100K miles), I decided the dealer probably has a better idea of any existing or potential problems than "Joe Blow's". I've been taking my car to Continental Toyota since I purchased it new. (I bought it at a dealer in Niles, but Hodgkins was more convenient for me.) I have been VERY happy with their service. A BIG shout out to Mark Potrawski!! More often than not, he's the one that oversees my service. He remembers who I am, is always extremely polite, friendly and courteous. He's great at explaining things that need doing. He also does his level best to keep the costs down as much as possible, as well as apprising me of any potential services or problems I may have/need down the road. (Pun intended.) I have never felt like I was being ripped off or influenced to have unnecessary repairs done. If I need work done other than just an oil change, they have been excellent about giving me a ride to and from home. I find that very convenient. When having work done that takes awhile, I appreciate the fact that Mark calls and keeps me up to date with what's being done. When the time comes to buy a new one, (which may be awhile, since my Sienna has been a GREAT vehicle!) Continental is the first place I'll go. Thanks Continental! And Mark! I have been going to this Toyota dealer for 10 years now, with my 2013 Prius. You never see the salesman again after the sale, but you do see your service personnel. I have been going to see Mark Petrowski for about 10 years now. He has always been there to share information about hybrids and just about anything automotive. I call him he sets up my appointment, and gets me in and out as fast as possible. If there are any coupons available he always makes sure they are applied to the service bill. The service is outstanding, after 10 years my Prius is as perfect as the day I bought it with 90k miles. This service dept. brings your car up to stock condition, the way it was when you purchased it, not close but exact. I feel very fortunate to have Mark looking after my investment and always there for advice, and as a friend. Just on that alone I would recommend Continental Toyota in Countryside for your next purchase, or just a simple oil change. read more

This is only pertaining to the service department... Okay, this is going to be a long review so I will give a short synopsis first for those lacking Ritalin. They overcharged me, sent me on my way previously as "A OK " after running my truck through multiple tests, talked my wife into changing fully synthetic oil after 4,000 miles to make the traction control lights behave normally, broke my drivers side window and denied it, tried to steal my sports car (okay, this is a little bit of an exaggeration), and ruined my day. For those with patience, read on. You have my word none of this is exaggerated. My 2007 truck was having intermittent issues starting so we took it in a few months ago. They talked us into a $125 diagnostic exam and a 50,000 mile service. After about $700 and four hours, they told us everything checked out perfectly, and that they couldn't find any reason for the intermittent starting issue. As a side note, every once in a while ALL of my 4wd traction control light light up. They also couldn't find a reason for this. In fact, they told us it was "impossible" if it wasn't slippery out and asked us to take a picture to show them it was really happening. A picture taker, I am! Flash forward to this week when the truck, once again, wouldn't start. In the past two months we've still had issues with the traction control lights lighting up. After getting the truck towed from downtown to Continental they charged us $125 for a second diagnostic exam and discovered it was the Battery that was causing the problem. Shouldn't they have found this during the first $125 diagnostic exam? My wife called them and inquired again about the traction control lights that were randomly lighting up. They told my wife (God bless her heart) that they were coming on because she needed an oil change. We were just there two months previous and got a full synthetic change. Only 4,000 miles had been put on the truck since then. Unknowingly she agreed to the ridiculous advice to get an oil change. Since then, the service engine light has gone off (SINCE THEY RESET IT) and are claiming that this shows the car "needed" an oil change. I was furious so I spoke to a rep who took "kindly" took roughly $60 off the exceedingly more expensive oil change. Frustrated, but just wanting to leave this Alice in Wonderland experience we headed towards our truck to find out that our drivers side mirror had been shattered. When I complained, they said it came in that way and blamed it on our tow truck driver. We know him personally so after a brief call he assured us that the mirror was not cracked when he dropped the car off at the dealership. When I pointed this out to the dealership, the rep disappeared in the back for a bit. In the meantime, I had a nice conversation with an older woman that looked distressed. I found out that while she was there for a routine oil change, this dealership happened to crash her car into another car. Their offer to her? - "We can probably get you a really good deal on an in house rental car - maybe even free". She was in distress and in tears. As we were waiting for an explanation of the cracked mirror, a 20 something young man began to step into my non Toyota sports car that I had parked in the garage in the distance. I asked him what he was doing and he responded, "Oh I was just going to take it out in the parking lot and do some doughnuts" It turned out he thought I had brought that car in for service and he was just preparing to pull it back. However, why would an employee get into a car that hasn't been scheduled for service? Although in different situations the "doughnut" joke might have been funny based on the fact that there were two customers present that simultaneously were claiming their car failed to elicit anything other than a red faced sports car owner. Back to the mirror - the rep brought out a "drop off inspection report" showing that the mirror was damaged upon arrival. This was not dated, did not have a time listed, and was hand written. I imagine it would be rather easy to damage a car, and then change the "drop of inspection report" after the fact to show the damage was pre-existing.... They refused to address this issue. Its disgusting that they couldn't find out it was the battery causing the issues two months ago, charged us for the $125 diagnostic test twice, talked my wife into changing fully synthetic oil after 4,000 miles to make the traction control lights go off, and in the meantime shattered my side door mirror and demand that it was like that when it arrived (which it wasn't). I won't be back and if this place burns down in the next four months I'll give the police their first lead. Come find the guy that has two thumbs, and is typing this review. We have 2 Toyotas, and we have had both serviced here in the past year. I am probably never going back there after my recent experience. I called and asked if they would honor a brake job coupon from another dealership. Roy, the service manager, said they would honor it. I was pleased and made an appointment to bring in my car yesterday (Fri.) morning at 7:30 a.m. for a brake job. Roy told me over the phone that it would take 2.5 - 3.0 hours. So I thought I'd definitely be done by noon at the very latest, right? WRONG. I was on time. My husband reminded me that the car was also due for an oil change, so I requested one when I arrived. I knew that it would add more time, but wasn't concerned. At 9:40, Katie told me that my car would be done by 3 p.m. They had found that the car needed new spark plugs and both the front and rear brakes needed to be done (which I suspected). No problem. I was given the option of aftermarket parts (one part) for the brakes, which they would be getting from elsewhere in "1 hour", or Toyota parts, which would arrive on Sat. They didn't have either in stock immediately. No problem - I chose aftermarket and saved some $. Katie said that I could be shuttled home and back again when I wanted and the shuttle driver was available. He wasn't back until 10:20, but that was OK - I was home by about 10:30. Here's where I began to get really annoyed - I had other things to do and didn't hear from Katie all day, so when 3:15 rolled around, I called her. She said she would check on my car and then send the shuttle for me. She also mentioned that they were having "some trouble" with the rear brakes. At this time, I was a bit worried, but still hopeful that I could pick up my car without too much more delay. The shuttle driver was to pick me up in about 10-20 min. When I didn't see any shuttle by almost 4, I was mad. At 4, she called, leaving me a message (I was on another call) that she needed to speak to me about my vehicle. I called right back, and she said that the aftermarket parts "let them down" and that they wouldn't fit. As a result, Toyota parts would be overnighted to arrive Sat. and the price would be the same. I would get a loaner car at no charge. The shuttle driver called me for directions (couldn't he look at a map? GPS? something else?), since he was a different driver from the morning. I was back at the dealership around 4:30, and very antsy, since I had to run an errand at a store that closed at 6, and my day was already all screwed up. Katie apologized, which was good, and then handed me over to Kate, who checked out a 2009 Corolla to me. OK, not too bad, except the contract stated that I had to return it with a full tank of gas. Why did I have to pay one penny for anything? I told Kate that Katie had told me "no charges" but of course Katie was gone by now (it was just after 5). So I signed the stupid thing and decided to argue about it later. Kate and I walked around the Corolla and noted all the tiny scrapes on it. Kate took my information and made copies of my license, insurance card and credit card. Then she asked me who my employer was. (How is this relevant?) I am currently unemployed, and told her so, then asked if she wanted the name of my husband's employer. She didn't. I asked her when the Toyota parts would arrive on Saturday, and she didn't seem to know. The Corolla was nice, but I wanted MY CAR back! I heard from Larry (another service manager) at 11:45 a.m. this morning. Roy and Katie were both off. I had decided that if I didn't hear from the dealership by noon, I was going to call and really raise heck. So they just made the cut-off. Larry said my car was ready, but to "take my time" coming in. So I stopped for coffee and topped off the gas in the Corolla. When I arrived, Kate told me to have a seat in the waiting room, since Larry had to finish the paperwork. What? They weren't even as busy as they had been on Friday - why the delay? Larry then tried to rush me over to the cashier, but I told him I wanted to talk with him. I told him I wasn't happy with the whole experience, and that I wanted at least the gallon of gas taken off the bill and gave him the receipt. He said he'd see what he could do. He returned in a few minutes to say that all he could do was remove the tax and the gas. He then told me to call back on Monday to speak with Roy if I still wanted to. This is where they went wrong: Katie should have communicated more and much earlier with me on Friday and kept me updated. Larry should have apologized. They should have kept my name and my husband's names straight (we have different last names). They should have known what they were talking about at all times and been able to tell me the totals immediately. If they had taken about $50 more off the bill and been a bit nicer to me, I wouldn't be writing this poor review. read more

I have been getting my cars from Toyota for a long time. They last a long time, and there is a lot of mileage before we are done with the car. I went here with my Toyota for an oil change. There is a large waiting room here, so you can wait with your car. Wait for the alarm to set off before you have your car. The wait isn't too bad. It's usually about a half hour. Good for me to relax until the workers are done with the oil change. The service is great. The person who got the car for us was very helpful and friendly. As you might know, it takes a while to actually get the car. We had to wait until around closing time because we came in the evening. The workers who do the oil change with my car are nice and friendly to me. All in all, I get my useful cars here. The oil change wait isn't too bad. Great location and service as well! There are few precious moments in my life that have been filled with regret. Such as.... The time I went to work, on my motorcycle, knowing there was a 20% chance of rain, and when it was time to clock out, the skies turned gray and opened a huge can of Neptune's wrath on Chicago, flooding every Foster viaduct from California to Harlem. I had to ride the sidewalks all the way home, taking me two hours to travel 6 miles. That sucked Major Balls. General Balls, even. Once in college, I tried out for College Jeopardy! and got a callback to return for a final test on a night I was supposed to go out with this girl I knew. My other brain took over and I decided not to do the callback, went out with that girl instead, and got T-boned by a pink Cadillac. Since we were both okay, I decided it was appropriate to try and make our movie time. Needless to say, I never saw that girl again. Nor did I ever come close to being on Jeopardy!. On vacation in Brooklyn, I parked our car on the street instead of in the lot, and when I went for a morning walk, had a brief thought that I might want to move the car closer to the door, since we were checking out that day. Opted not to, and when I went back out at 10am, the car was gone. Unable to elicit and information from the oh-so-helpful NY 311, all we could do was sit and wait until our car was registered in the New York City Tow Pound system. I wiki'd Brooklyn Towing and found a phone number that 311 didn't seem to have, a direct line to the only place they tow cars in Brooklyn(I was told by 311 that there are a bazillion places they tow cars in Brooklyn, by a bazillion different agencies). Finally found the car, and managed to snag car service there and back to the hotel and only overstayed our check-out time by 2 hours. These all pale in comparison to something that happens more frequently than not, and probably by more people than you can imagine. It's a huge pang of regret when you lock your car doors and slam it shut, and the nanosecond before the door actually closes, you realize your key is still in the ignition. Or in my case, that the keys were on the floor of the trunk. And that I'm 50 miles from home. After a minute of cursing myself out, I call my wife to pick me up so we can get a slim-jim. I have a set at home, but we're 50 miles away. After calling some hardware stores that all tell me they don't sell those anymore, I call around to Toyota dealerships to see if they'll make me a spare. Oak Lawn says without the registration(that's locked in the car) or other papers(that are at home) they can't do it unless we bought the car there, and we didn't. Orland Toyota says they don't have any 2009 Camry keys. They tell me to try Continental in Hodgkins. So I get to talking to Bart in Parts at Continental, which isn't too far away from Oak Lawn. After assessing my situation, he assures me he'll be able to help me. After showing some sort of proof of ownership, License and Insurance Card to a Toyota car, he gets to work cutting the key. 5 minutes later we're on our way back to the car. Of course the key works. Bart saved Labor Day weekend for me. The best thing was, I won't say he gave it to us for free, instead, I'll say it was really really cheap, and I'm not sure if it had anything to do with me, or if it was because Mel smiled at him. It was probably because of me. Thanks Bart! Saved me from a 100-mile round trip and kept my marriage intact. read more

I bought my car from this dealership in 2014 and couldn't have been happier with my experience. I went as far as referring friends and family who ultimately ended up purchasing new Toyota's through here as well. That being said, I haven't had much dealings with the service department until recently when I received a call stating that my car had a recall. I scheduled an appointment with woman on the phone who assured me it was going to take roughy an hour to complete as it was a software update for the car's system. When I arrived for my appointment, I was then told it would take between 1-2 hours now, which I was frustrated about but still okay at this point. 2 hours of sitting in the overcrowded waiting room later, I walked to the service desk and asked for an update, to which they replied "Toyota is having computer trouble and it will be another 30 min". Still upset and frustrated, I go sit back down. ANOTHER hour later, they tell me the car is finally finished. That's a total of 3 hours to update the software. It turns out that this service dept also had their printers go down that day and I was not able to get a final invoice. Not to my mention, I had the same appointment and same recall as my mother who got her car back in 2 hours. Someone definitely dropped the ball on this. After finishing up, I spoke to "Tim?", and let him know of my frustrations, to which he just gave excuses on how it wasn't their fault, instead of just admitting the problem happened at all. I understand things happen and problems arise unexpectedly, but just be up front, honest, and admit when mistakes are made, and try to make up for those mistakes when possible. Because of how this situation was resolved and treated, I will definitely be reconsidering where I purchase my 2019 RAV4 when it comes out this winter. read more

Mid-November, I brought my 2013 vehicle in for repair that was deemed as a manufacturer defect (by the corporate engineer) only to be told by the dealership (post repair) that they had totaled the car in a fire after they completed a test drive. Unsecured fuel lines. The dealership immediately kept me in the dark as to what happens next. I had to do majority of the leg work as to what happens next in this situation as if I worked there. Found out the dealerships insurance company, contacted Toyota Financial Services, contacted Toyota Corporate which they should've been doing right from the start. I eventually got a loaner (which later on) I actually had to pay for daily usage. When the dealership came out of the dark and started talking to me they guaranteed that I wouldn't lose any money out of this because I had GAP Insurance yet here I am paying for a loaner. Yet here I was still paying for the monthly payment on the car I haven't had in my possession in 2 months. They kept asking if I wanted to purchase a new car as if it was the only option I had and I felt cornered all the time. No discounts offered. Not even a loyalty discount EVEN AFTER THE FACT they admittedly totaled my car. No negotiations or deals were spoken of. I was guaranteed that I would not come out of this with anything by the general manager. Not even the equity I came in with initially with to get the 2013 vehicle. He was rude and undermined you as if any issue was your fault. Clearly, he cared about the money and not customer service and satisfaction. He tries to divert attention and conversation, but bottom line is...your dealership totaled my car. At this point, the dealership financially lost nothing because their insurance covered the total loss. However, even though my GAP insurance covers me I am yet without a car and have no equity to invest in another vehicle. If it weren't for the few people there that ATTEMPTED to help me despite their upper management, I would have given this place a ZERO STAR...actually a NEGATIVE STAR if that were possible. read more

I had the misfortune of needing body work done on my car. I went in for an estimate with Trent and l was impressed with his knowledge and opinions. I decided to go through my insurance and use Continental's Collision Shop. While the car was in for service, I decided to have a few extra things touched up that I paid for out of pocket (they price was right)! I even used their Toyota Rental program and got to use a new Toyota Matrix for a couple days. (Smart idea on their part!). When I picked up my car I was so happy with the results, paying my deductible appnd the extra dough was totally worth it!! It looks - and even smells- like a brand new car! I don't want to be the crazy person who parks in the farthest spot in every parking lot, but I just might have to be!! Thanks Continental Toyota- you did a great job! read more

This is my first time to do a service here in Continental Toyota. Mark is alright but since that he is lacking the friendliness (which I am expecting from a large company). No common courtesy (lack of greetings, no smile, no eye contact). He just did the basic (which I expect from Walmart business and not from Toyota). I went to the PARTS DEPT. looking to buy a cargo mat and the grill bumper protector. It is the same (no common courtesy) and did not ask me if there is anything else that I needed today. He basically said the price and there is no recommendation where to get the grill bumper protection and I even mentioned that I see those with other TOYOTA RAV4. I mentioned about that I forgot my coupon and if someone who has an email address can print the coupon since I can email this to them. He said that he has no email address and directed me to the cashier. I see the cashier lady who also does not want to listen and interrupting my sentences. She recommended me to see the SERVICE dept. which I did. The same issue with no courtesy and no help. I went to see the blonde lady at the service department. It seems that they are all busy. One lady, she is busy staring at her cell phone. People are married to their cell phone and did not separate herself from her cell phone. Anyway, I received a sticky note with the email address "appt@continentaltoyota.com. I hope with this message, Toyota management will make a difference. I am looking for a good service and not even looking for an exceptional service. Just give common courtesy. My favorite Toyota service place. The staff is always very efficient, informative and friendly. I never feel pushed to get extra services. I belive ( Curt) the young man that took care of was very nice. The waiting area is very nice too. They have big tvs, magazines, comfortable chairs and a play room for kids. I came here with intentions going to the Parts department. I had to pick up some parts that were on hold for me. The location is nice and big in there. It is a newer location as well conveniently off of LaGrange Rd and I-55. The parts man asked me right away what I needed help with.and he immediately got the parts from the back for me. I went to the cashier window to pay for the parts. I was done and they made my experience fast and good. Brought my car in for service, was told by the service guy that it would take about 2 hours to get done. So I asked for a ride home and asked if the usual service porter who gives me a ride is available. I was told that he is not and that he isn't here today. Ok so I ask is there anyone else available, they say no because now it's only going to take an hour not 2 like I was originally told. So whatever now I'm wondering is it really going to take an hour or are they just saying that to avoid having to give me a ride. As I take a seat in the waiting area I see the service porter who isn't available and isn't here today. I was just lied to by the employee taking care of my car. My experience with Continental Toyota is mediocre at best. Back in March, went car shopping and the sales rep would not negotiate on price, stating Toyotas are popular. He even pushed for the extended warranty. I guess it's a game but the sales rep was very smug in his presentation. Finally bought a Toyota at a different dealership who was willingly to work with my budget. As for service, expect a 2 hour wait on an oil change. Other issues is a hit or miss. Recently had an issue with a car that I brought in for service. The service advisor after keeping the car overnight could not determine the source of problem but told me to contact him if the issue arises. Went to pay the bill and the cashier was only was concern if Im paying with a Visa or cash, felt like I was doing her a favor in paying for services rendered. Not a smile or a thank you. Meanwhile, my wife was looking at a new Prius that was our loaner, she asked to see the engine and the porter said no. A young girl came out to check the mileage and never even acknowledge my wife's presence. A few days later the car issue again started, and I called the service advisor on two consecutive days, no return call. I then called the general number and was told a service advisor would call, no return call. Finally made another call and got a hold of a service advisor and arranged for the car to be brought in the next evening. Appointment was set with a loaner. Ended up getting a text message with a change of appointment time, which I'm unable to keep. Called and explain, was told a service advisor would call. Got a call from the original service advisor and told to bring the car when it was convenient for me. Brought the car in and a porter told me since the car issue does not appear on the dash board the car would not be accepted. So the news is delivered by a porter not a service advisor to explain what might be a problem or further guidance. Never received a follow up call from Continental Toyota after that. Bottom line is, the service may look efficient and professional but in reality it is poorly managed. Maybe when you are the largest Toyota dealer in the area, one less dissatisfied customer is no big deal. A car is a big deal for me and in most cases an expensive asset for a family. Perhaps a little empathy is needed. read more

Went in 4/3/17 for an oil change and intake cleaning. On time for my appt at 1130am I didn't leave until after 230pm after being told an hour to hour and a half max. Over three hours. Then, no one told me my car was finished and waiting, service guys just standing around and disorganized. Very disappointed. I won't be going back. I would suggest another Toyota location for maintenance/service. Can't speak for their sales department. Oh, and the wifi wasn't working to boot. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Almost Every time I bring in my car I need "all new brakes". Always. Do they really inspect the brakes like they are supposed to when I go for an oil change? My brakes were squealing and they said, of course, I needed new rotors. I said no thanks and went to a local mechanic who said they had not replaced my rotors the last time I got "new brakes". He replaced my brakes quickly and for a fair price. Not only did they lose 2 service customers, but we will never purchase another Toyota here or anywhere; we have lost all trust and confidence in both the card and service. read more

I had my 30k mile service performed by this dealership in March 2010. I have since moved to Naperville, and have an independent shop service my vehicle. My Highlander has 44k miles on it and the two air filters need to be changed. This would be normal if the car has 60k miles, as Toyota spec on air filters is 30k intervals. My independent mechanic in Naperville told me the filters were never changed. I was stupid enough not to check these after Continental worked on the car, but I trusted the dealer would complete the work since it is supposed to be 'factory grade service'. I won't have Continental touch my car again. read more

It is quite unfortunate that there are people that have had less than glowing experiences at this Toyota dealership. I have been going here for service for nearly five years and can honestly say that each trip has been a positive experience. I have a Toyota Corolla with nearly 200,000 miles (is it weird that I am super proud of that?!) and the service department has done nothing but take amazing care of my vehicle. I admit that I am a horrible driver, in that I run my car pretty hard, so it has needed quite a bit of work done on it to ensure that it is well taken care of. My go-to man has been Rich Memenga and he is AMAZING. Obviously he isn't the individual working on the car, but he breaks the issues down for me in a way that makes sense, since I have absolutely no idea what I am doing when it comes to car mechanics. He always explains what needs to be done, what can wait and what can wait even longer, without ever pressuring me to get anything specific done unless it is something vital (like when my wheel was about to pop off!). I was actually there just last night to get a number of things done on my car (including an overdue oil change) and only waited an hour and a half for service that should have taken at least three!! YAY! The service waiting area is very nice as well. There are many comfortable chairs centered around a large flat screen television, a children's waiting area, access to computers and a delicious coffee/tea bar that is FREE! They also have a variety of vending machines available so you won't go hungry or thirsty if you choose to wait for your vehicle. The prices aren't too shabby when compared to the price you would pay for similar service at non-Toyota dealerships in the area, so there has never been a reason for me to look elsewhere. I am moving away from the area in a few weeks, so I will unfortunately no longer be visiting Continental for my service. I truly hope that there is another Toyota dealership that is just as wonderful close to my new home...and if not, well, I guess I will be making an hour trip to come out and see Rich! Steer clear! My car was involved in an accident and I had the car towed to this facility on Sept.17th. Well, it's Nov. 4th and I still don't have my car back. I've called the repair shop several times and left messages for the person handling my claim (Josh) or a manager. but never received a returned call. Finally, today a manager from this place called me to apologize and said my car will be ready on Nov. 7th. In the interim since I've been using a car rental any additional charges that exceed the insurance $600 thereshold is my responsiblility. I finally got my car back on Nov. 2nd, paid deductable of $500, and a car rental charge of $960. The manager at Collision Center (Tina) said they would pay for half due to the lack of communication on their part. In total my car was at their this shop for 47days, I honestly think the car would still be there if I haven't gotten my insurance company involved. Apparently my insurance company had called this shop on Oct. 17th and never got a call back. read more

Very poor service Dept. Brought in my minivan for a prescheduled 5pm appt for oil change and tire rotation. Advisor said it would take 1.5 hours so I decided to wait in lobby. 2 hours later I have no update so I go ask for update. Advisor says my van is next and it is still parked by his desk! Terrible lack of updates to the customer and absolutely worthless to make a pre scheduled appointment. read more

Going to the dealership for car repairs is never anyone's idea of a fun day. I have to say though, they make this place tolerable! Staff is super friendly and helpful during car repairs. They offer updates if you want, have a fridge full of bottled water, and brought out warm cookies for the guests. The TV station and magazine selection weren't too bad, and their prices for an oil change are competitive to surrounding options. They will of course tell you the other things they recommend you fix on your car, but they aren't pushy for you to get it done. I don't know if having an appointment would help- I went on a Friday and it was super busy, waited almost 2 hours to get an oil change, which was annoying. I made it through... somehow. I trust these guys, and will be back on days other than a weekend!! read more
