They gave us the samples to see which color we wanted. We each picked a color and they told us both that they didn't have it in stock which was kind of annoying. I went yesterday for a pedicure and nail design.y experience was very poor. The lady that did my pedicure did a great job but struggled with my design. Instead of just saying it was too much for her, asked for assistance from one of the guys there (not John who's always nice). He had an attitude while fixing my design. Then once my toes were dry, he jerked off the toe separators. When I went to pay, I showed him the pro that they had in THEIR Facebook page. He snapped that I should have shown it to him before he tang me up. He adjusted the price with the discount but still with an attitude. My daughter and I had been going to them for more than 2 years. Made an appointment for 5:30 and it was 6:15 when they finally started my nails. The man who did them complained to me the whole time. Nails were overpriced and I was extremely unhappy with the outcome. I asked him to fix it and he did something that made no difference. Also, I now have nail fungus which I have never had before. Tucked in a small shopping center off Woodruff Rd, it's easy to miss but a great little spot to get the mani/pedi you're looking for! I called right when they opened (9:30am on Saturday) and they answered immediately, the which I appreciated. They had the color I needed so I showed up at 10 and was seen right away. My gel pedicure then manicure was $75 and I was out by 11:15 am. They did a great job on both my feet and my hands, I feel really good about it. Everyone I spoke with was also very friendly, making light conversation and making a point to ask my name / introduce themselves. I would suggest going early or making an appointment - when I was ready to get my nails done the room was already full. I would up it to 5 stars if they had some nicer tables/chairs and if the prices were a little lower. The massage chair I was in for my pedicure made this awful noise, like the intense rubbing on leather and I wasn't able to enjoy it. The chair at my nail table was also really worn and didn't move well. As far as prices go, they do give you a copy of their business card that has six spaces on it for different services, and on the sixth one you get $6 off. I got two lines, one for my pedicure and one for my manicure, and each line had the person's name so I could request them again if I wanted to. But even so, I used to be able to get gel services for $10-25 cheaper at other nail salons before I moved to Greenville. It is difficult to find that good quality at that low price, so if you are just looking for a well-done service then this place may be a great option! read more

Update: nope don't do it. I've gone back twice now and keep getting the same made technician. He cut my toes too long and my nails to short and then didn't want to fix it. Another tech stepped into help but he decided to do it too and cut me. My nails chipped within three days. $90 for a manicure and pedicure that I could have done myself, with less blood and money. Pedicures were good. Yet another place in Greenville where walk-ins are welcome. My friend and I sat next to each other during pedicures but not for our nails. My tech didn't understand what I wanted and eventually in relented. They looked decent but he got rushed once his appointment arrived. Two weeks to the day and they broke. read more

I came in last minute to see if they could fix nails that another salon had messed up. Everyone was very nice. John looked at my nails as I explained what happened wIth the other place and said that yes he could fix them. So I picked my color and sat down. He was very thorough and although they're a little bit thick I understand it's because the other place drilled so much and left them thin and brittle so they needed to be built up some. I appreciate that they don't dip fingers directly into the big powder container like so many others do. Overall super nice people and a decent job (had a couple rough edges to file and residue under 1 nail but no big deal). I'll definitely be back! read more

The best service I've ever had!!!! I've been going to my previous nail salon for over 5 years and i can tell you Trish and John blew my expectations out the water. Not only are they professional but the salon is gorgeous. They took me in as a walk in and treated me no different if i had an appointment. Trish gave me the best pedicure I've ever had her attention to detail is amazing. She not only took her time but asked me multiple times if i was happy with the set. Once i was finished her husband John gave me the perfect nail set. He took his time in making sure the picture i showed him looked exactly like the set. Not only are they friendly and kind. Not a bad salon however my nail shape was uneven and my pedicure was just okay. My first visit was decent. I decided to give them another try and that was a big mistake. My pedicure was not good I might as well had just paid for a polish change but they were not polished well at all I ended up going elsewhere and paying for a polish change on my toes. I recently found this nail salon and I was so excited about their prices. So many other nail salons near me are expensive, but I found this one to have very reasonable prices. I get dip powder over my natural nails and I don't get any artificial tips. My first time going was a few weeks ago and I left feeling satisfied with my nails. However I went to get a fill in a few days ago and I opted for my regular dip powder, but I got ombré light pink and white as my color. The nail technician hand sprinkled the color on and for the most part was careful and took her time while applying the color. As she was doing my nails, I noticed several times that she had messed up or forgotten a step, because she would change what she was doing after only doing 2-3 nails. She never tried to correct the messed up nails, she would just ignore them and pretend that she didn't mess up the steps. As she finished up my nails, I noticed that the dip was extremely thick, she had filed some of my nails crooked, and several of my cuticles bled while she was using the drill to smooth of the nail. A few hours after I left the salon, I noticed cracks all over my nails because the dip was so thick. I spent $65 on my nails and I was really hoping that they would last 2-3 weeks. I sadly had to get these nails removed after only a week. From experience, I know that this salon can do good basic work, however if you're looking for anything other than the basics, I would find a different salon. I don't mind paying $60 to get my nails done if they will last 2-3 weeks and withstand daily life. However I paid $60 for nails that didn't last even a week and were cracked and chipped a few hours later. Here's some pictures of what my nails looked like a 3 days after I had them done.
