The nail tech cut my nail bed on my big toe. Even after using the green stuff that is suppose to make it stop, it didn't. They still wanted to paint my nail. 3 different techs asked me what color I wanted. I had to explain to them why that was not safe. If they were going to paint my nails with it bleeding, how many other times have they did this?!? Definitely not safe and I would not trust them correctly sanitizing everything correct after this. This place does not provide good service. I got a gel pedicure & regular manicure with clear polish (they didn't give much of a manicure at all- definitely not worth $50!), I didn't even get lotion on my hands. Staffed seemed irritated & rushed. They didn't even cover my whole nail with polish on my toes. read more

I will say i have given this nail salon 5 stars in the past but I think since management has consistently changed the service is terrible . They literally charge for every single thing. The last time I went I asked for duck nails and it was a complete failure! Recently I went in for a pedicure and in the middle of the man wiping the wax and excess lotion off my legs the timer stopped and he says to me the pedicure is done! There was still wax left on my legs and foot along with the oil that I then had to wash off myself once I got to his station. ! I was already getting white polish added to my nails which was an extra 30$. i literally was sliding out of my shoes bc of how much product was left on my feet and legs. I did not feel relaxed I actually felt dirty. They're pricey and my last experience was actually my last time going there . I miss the old staff! read more

The worst service I've ever had. I waited over an hour and a half when I was told the wait wasn't long. I was sat with a guy then had to go to the lady that answered all the phone calls / manager. My nails were rushed, there are bubbles in them, I was constantly left every few minutes. I couldn't even leave my nails in the UV for more than 15 seconds before she wanted my hand back to get to other customers. read more

I spent $95 for a manicure and pedicure as a birthday treat to myself. The nail polish was bubbling on my manicure. The nail polish was chipped on both my manicure and pedicure. Not to mention that whatever chemicals they used as a topcoat gave me an allergic reaction. I came back to have all the nail polish removed because it would not come off at home, and they did not offer an any amount of refund. Honestly a super disappointing experience and would not recommend this place. They had me write a 5 star review before services were even completed. So I don't believe half of the stuff that is posted with five stars. Absolute trash! read more

Stellar service at this nail salon. The lady who gave me a volcano pedicure was kind, quiet and thorough. There were no conversations among the staff-you know the way you feel they are speaking about you... This is the most professional and relaxing pedicure I have ever had in my entire life!! I just moved here less than two weeks ago. I booked my appointment online. I requested a new set, almond shaped and a pink ombré coloring. Tim was my assigned nail technician. He definitely delivered my request a hundred and fifty percent! Quality work!My nails are exceptionally beautiful. He knows what he is doing. I will request him always. Unethical. They didn't do a great job on my pedicure. I wanted to get dip and French tip on my nail and they said it would be $65. The lady made up price and said it will $75. When I asked why, She said can't do dip, and length will determine the price. I've been doing my nails for years and I've never heard something like that. So she PUTS ON NAIL TIP ON MY NAIL WITHOUT PREPPING MY NAIL FIRST, and says "yes that length will be $75." I just walked out. Gosh I hate when places are unethical. I will not recommend. read more

This place is disgusting and unprofessional. I was asked to sit down in a chair, and I got settled in. Took my shoes and socks off, had my bags and cups with me, and then a group of 5 walked in and they asked me to move across the salon to make room for the group of 5, before the group of 5 just walked out. When I sat down in both different chairs, my bare feet touched water which I cannot tell is clean or wet. If chairs were properly cleaned, they should be dry and smell like cleaner. The place does not smell clean. The floors are disgustingly, I see water, food, and hair everywhere. They do not clean their chairs, their tubs or their tub edges. I got into what was a "clean tub" and my feet wiped through water in both chairs. When I got into the new chair, I found water in my chair as well. Please see attached images. Nothing has been sanitized or cleaned and this is not due to being busy. I know the difference. There are over 16 staff members here now. I watched my nail tech drop a foot scrubber on the floor and just pick it up and throw it in her cart without sanitizing it. Then, during my service, the nail tech severely hurt me and argued with me about it, instead of apologizing. I will not be coming back and I wouldn't trust this place with your foot hygiene. read more

I had a amazing experience with Laura. I will say the reviews on yelp is deceiving as google had better results in my opinion that is how I choose the spot. They serve drinks including wine so if you truly want a luxury experience this is your place. The spa pedicure was literally amazing and I felt so comfortable. awful experience. awful workers. scammy vibes. untruthful atmosphere. had the worst experience i've ever had at a nail salon today. sat down and the technician (young male) immediately was trying to make me get something put on my nails that I did not want. he kept insisting that i get a builder gel set that I did obviously NOT need because I came in with long strong natural nails. later on in the service, he asked me what kind of french I want- deep or something else that I could not understand. I asked him repeatedly to clarify and explain to me what it meant because 1) he didn't speak very good English 2) he had a mask over his mouth 3) loud fans/drills going on all over the salon which made it even more difficult to understand him. when I asked him repeatedly to show me the difference and told him i did not understand, he ignored me and continued on with the service without asking or clarifying what I wanted. I've never been asked for a deep or straight French when going to a nail salon with almond shaped nails. (i get french once a month!). french is french as far as im concerned. nail salon menu says that gel polish change WITH FRENCH is $35. Why was I charged $35 + an extra $15 just for french?? when i asked for an explanation on this the employee rudely said it was because of the "type of french" and that he would take my nails off. i'm baffled by such a disgusting, untruthful, mind blowing experience here. all the employees had a nasty attitude. i will never support an establishment that lies and tries to play deceitful games with their customers. i will NEVER be back! read more

After they sat me in the pedicure chair, I waited over 40 minutes without acknowledgement. Someone finally came to do the service and the water was cold. I was told they don't have enough hot water. After the pedicure was done, I then had to wait another 35 minutes before they had someone to do the manicure. What should take total of 1.5 hours took the whole afternoon. Initially stepping in salon my first thought was that it was beautiful and fully staffed. I signed in and waited a few moments before being called back for pedicure. My tech Lily has the makings of being a good nail tech but you can tell inexperienced. For the cost of services, the service just needs to be better. I had the most wonderful pedicure at Mimosa Nail Spa in Greenville, SC on Woodruff Rd. Tegan, my technician was wonderful. I felt so good after the pedicure and the removal of my callouses! My nails look so nice, and I can wear sandals with pride. The massage chair was great as well. And, the facility was spotless with lots of help available for any treatment you need. read more

The level of service is horrible. They do not listen and do not honor your request. I asked for short oval shaped nails because of my line of work and she still gave me long stiletto shaped nails. When she polished my nails, she only did one coat. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. ​ read more
