Pretty good Dutch bros location. Usually there is a line. I ordered my coffee ahead for the pickup window and it was ready for pickup and a very easy process! I recommend doing that instead of waiting in the drive thru. I love Dutch bros as a chain though! They always have cool seasonal drinks. Recently I tried the banana bread mocha cold brew. It was so good! My go to coffee that is always on the menu is the annihilator! It's got chocolate macadamia nut as its favorite. read more

My niece had dance practice nearby when the tiredness and coffee cravings kicked in. Thankfully this was just a few blocks away. Not sure if you're able to enter from the main road (South Parker Road), but we came in from the other way and lined right up in the drive through. I got my favorite, an Iced Caramelizer and it was delish. Service was fast and friendly as usual. Dutch Bros has definitely become a favorite spot for coffee convenience and prefer it over other big box coffee chains. The taste and sweetness are usually on point for my liking (I tend to enjoy my coffee sweeter than most) and don't feel like I need to add anything else like syrups, etc. Highly recommend them! read more

I'm not sure what this company does to screen for new hires, but every single location I've been to has the friendliest, happiest, chattiest, open-hearted young people working at them. The good: I got the mocha truffle holiday drink iced in a small. It had caramel at the bottom and a frothy and light cream foam on top that wasn't the type of thick cream you see on cold brews. It was pretty, delicious and super cold because of how much ice is used. I liked their holiday cups and the clean lines and appearance of the shop. The bad: This was the longest drive-thru line I've ever waited in (longer than I've waited at In-N-Out!). I think there was someone with a big order ahead of us and there were hiccups with their order. After about 15 minutes they asked that driver to go to the side but they should've asked them much sooner. There was no apology about the long wait. It sucked that once you're in a drive-thru you're stuck and can't exit. The interesting: They call their baristas broistas. There's a worker outside taking orders on a tablet they way they do at In-N-Out burger. I didn't like this too much only because they came to me before I could get to the menu in the drive-thru and I had never been here before so I didn't know what they offered. This is one busy location and small drive through. Be prepared for a bit of a wait at busy times. Some other locations have bigger drive through and more parking. That being said the staff is friendly and service is helpful and pretty quick most days. If you like a coffee or tea this can be fun to try new flavors or get a favorite going every time. My only gripe is that the app let you order ahead and pay however I can understand that it is difficult to always have space for that. read more

Normally this dutch bros is really good, we waited in line for 20 minutes and didn't even receive an apology. It was 7:10 when we got there, it's now 7:35 and we just left. Only two cars were in front of us but it took forever. We even tipped because we thought maybe they were having a stressful night. Throughout the service, the women was talking to the guy the whole time instead of focusing on making the drink after we waited forever. Personally, I work at a coffee shop, and if I had someone waiting in line for that long I would have AT LEAST apologized, made it fast, and offered some sort of compensation, which could literally just be a smile. It is not a busy hour and there were only TWO cars I need to emphasize. I realized really soon, the reason it took so long was because they were talking instead of making the singular drink. I also heard the guy cuss when talking "crap" about a customer with the window wide open. Personally they need more training or more focus in how to interact with customers. read more

Welcome to the neighborhood, Dutch Bros! Been seeing a couple of these popping up near me lately and a very long line at them every single time. That kind of line JUST for beverages? I was intrigued. Turns out, Dutch Bros aren't JUST selling beverages, they sell coffee! (and we all know coffee is vital to us living organisms..) Beyond all of the coffee variations on the menu (latte, mocha, cold brew, breve - which I just learned is an American version of a latte), I also saw tea, hot cocoa, Dutch sodas, smoothies, lemonades, and energy drinks! Looking online now, it looks like they have DOZENS of different flavors you can add to their drinks. Apparently, Dutch Bros is beverage heaven. They are drive-through only and very efficient on a busy Sunday afternoon. Service was so friendly and so sweet and it sounded like a serious PARTY inside. We tried the 911 Breve which is Irish Crème plus SIX shots of espresso - yes, six.. nope, not a typo. This bad boy was SO GOOD though. Just a tiny bit sweet, but mostly so strong just how I like it. I tried out a French Vanilla blended iced chai which was also very good and so refreshing. Two days after our first visit, we decided a Tuesday morning field trip was in order before we got our workdays started. I tried out their Nitro Cold Brew which is also good. Somehow not as strong as I like mine, but still yummy and almost completely gone as I type... Loving this new coffee spot in the area and loving the crazy variety they offer. So I'm going to tell you why I give it three stars. The customer service absolutely amazing. They're very focused and customer intentive and engaged in the customer. What I am not thrilled about, is the flavor of the drinks. I figured I'd give them a shot, and after purchasing a iced chai with half and half, I could barely taste the chai. They obviously also filled the whole cup up with ice so there's actually very little liquid. The other thing that frustrates me is the fact that I cannot pay with cash. As you will see on the image attached to this review they're only taking a cashless transaction. So if you don't have a debit card or a credit card, skip Dutch Brothers. I used to go to Dutch all the time when I lived in Denver but this location isn't it.. every time I get in their long line, a double lane drive through, the car(s) behind me always end up in front of me cause their employees don't know how to alternate orders. The last time I went they let one of their employees or friends in front of me, talk about poor customer service. Not pleasant when you already have to sit through a long line, the drinks aren't worth it. Wish they had another location in this area. This one is trash. read more

I love Dutch, and have been going to many Dutch Bros locations for years. All of the people that work here are really nice and friendly, but the past three times I've come to this location I've had to have my drink remade because they tasted like just steamed milk and zero flavor. Every time the staff was super nice about it and replaced it, but even my remakes kept coming back tasting the same. Again I love Dutch and the staff is always friendly, but I will no longer be going to this location because I don't want getting a coffee to take twenty minutes due to waiting for a remake and still not getting a drink I like because I don't want to waste any more time. read more
