The staff were unhelpful especially Donna as she was dismissive, rude, and communication was almost nonexistent On top of that, the pricing is ridiculous for the quality of service provided. Other Extra Space locations operate far better, but this one seriously damages the company's reputation. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone.

Some had no security features like fences, gates, or cameras, and one actually had the gate open because "it broke last week". I was very impressed with Camelot's facility, staff, security, and new customer specials. The fact that they have someone in the office 50-60 hrs per week along with surveillance cameras monitoring every row of units ensured my possessions would be safe. I rented for 6 months and have nothing but positive feedback for this company, facility, and the manager Deb! As far the reviewer that gave it 1 star and felt "they might as well as left items outside", sounds like "pilot error" to me. Although I did have to adjust the door to my unit to prevent dust from blowing under door gasket I had no issues. But, I did as they suggested by bagging my leather couch etc, and buying those anti-mildew tubs they sell in the office. People simply need to use more common sense and own their actions especially when they are sel-destructive.
