After being there a few months, I take everything good back. Over the winter, when it snowed,…read morenothing was shoveled. I had to shovel my own area to get to my storage unit. The door was frozen and it took me at least 20 minutes to get the lock off. I got one I needed closed the unit and could not get the lock back on because the unit would not fully close due to all the ice. I contacted the manager and he could not help me until I came back. So, my storage unit with all my stuff in it was left open. Two days later, I went back and he was nowhere to be found. Thankfully, it defrosted a little and I was able to lock it. Now I am trying to close out my unit and I am on week two if it being completely cleared out. I have not been able to reach the manager, so I called the main number. They contacted the district manager, he never got back to me so now I'm waiting for the regional manager. This is ridiculous! Not to mention due to all the ice, there was a leak and my stuff got soaked. They also owe me $50 for the past two months. Probably never going to see that. So don't bother renting a unit here unless you're OK with it being left open over the winter and don't mind shoveling, deicing yourself and never want to close it out.

Hence why almost all of their locations have extremely low vacancy. Please know if you rent with 603 storage you will deal with condescending, arrogant people who will talk over you and as if you are below them and tell customers one thing, and forget within a day later. Avon as 603 advised me I could transfer out of my current unit and into another (on a recorded call in which Mark was too lazy to listen to and then accused me of moving into a unit without renting, paying, etc.) and Dehamer (DM) backed Avon up when I asked her to forward the recording to the owners it magically disappeared--but I still have it on my end as this is not the first time this company says one thing and forgets what they have said the next so always, always document and record all conversations with them as they are too incompetent to do their own jobs. If you're looking to do business with liars and bully's, 603 Storage and Mark Murphy are it. I will continue to add and edit replies on here to inform our community to steer clear from these distasteful people. Do your research on 603 storage and Mark Murphy's business history. All I can say is, God has placed here in that location in Manchester, New Hampshire. Nine grueling years that i made that payment every month, despite numerous tragedies and things that happened...I made it every month b/c of the beloved pictures and writings in there. Nobody ever misses their furniture or old mildewy clothes. But it was the pictures that were are worth more than a million dollars to me. The only thing worth more than a million dollars to me are great and truly compassionate service. Mariela embodies that through who she is and the service she provides. And it was not just me that she provides the amazing service to; It is EVERYONE that walks through the door. She is worlds apart from the service just a few years ago. This review is long overdue; and for that I am sorry. I just want to let Mariela know that if it was not for her and her help while I was going through my unit and letting me use the restroom to wash my hands and being so kind to those coming in to help me, I would not have made it. Mariela is truly loving and sweet and is the consummate people person. She is amazing and I am a better person for having met her.
