Their lack of understanding of commercial real estate contracts allowed the buyer to delay the process for two to three months at no cost. In commercial real estate transactions, buyers typically need to pay fees for extensions. We also incurred additional legal expenses but still failed to secure compensation from the buyer. Now, half a year has passed since the property was sold, and we are still spending money on this project. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response by phone, text, or email during business hours. I also attempted to contact the office directly and did not receive a callback. I understand rentals move quickly and no property is perfect, but communication and professionalism matter especially when prospective tenants are expected to provide personal financial documents and application fees.
