This place is horrible. I supposed to purchase a house recently and initial down payment already wire to this escrow company on time. After inspection of the house, we decided to cancel the contract within 17 days removal contingency. No one ever informed me that I will get charge the cancellation fee (deduct some from my initial downpayment) if no purchase the house. I cancelled it within 17 days contingency and I supposed to get my full refund check back. This is ridiculous. We already paid $350 for inspection fee + wire transaction fee charged from the bank $30, and now this escrow company said due to high volume of cancellation so they need to charge us. BUT I NEVER GET INFORMED THE CANCELLATION CHARGE FEE. I would not recommended this place. read more
