The work was done fine but the charge was a whopping $550 for work that took less than 35 minutes. I was told we were given a $99 member discount and the visit fee was waived, otherwise it would have been $700 plus. The office person told me they charge flat fees and it is not dependent upon time spent. So, I guess the complexity of the job is not a consideration?? We will be taking our business to another local plumber. They are just TOO EXPENSIVE!

We needed to schedule 3 visits to have a drain in our basement fixed. There was a small leak at…read morethe wall. The first person that came out was great, he had actually inspected the home before we bought it and was aware of the issue. The second person who was scheduled was over an hour late to the end time of his service window. There was no call to inform that the technician was going to be late. When he arrived he let us know he wat stuck at a well-job. I lead him down to the basement and when I turned around I saw he was standing in the entry to the bathroom, brand new carpet, boots still on. The white carpet was immediately stained. I asked him if the job would be over 30 minutes, because we only had a limited window before childcare pickup. He said he would not be able to complete in 30 minutes and I said we would have to reschedule. The second service request, the technician simply glued the fitting, the first tech said they would need to bore the pipe out because the wrong one was used. If the fix was to simple apply copious amounts of glue and silicone, I could have done that myself. When I called I talk about this $192.50 invoice for stained carpet and gobs of glue, a wasted trip for us, I was informed that his 1 hour and 45 minute trip duration includes his travel time from his last job. We were never informed that we would need to pay for his travel time from he previous job, if this was something made known, we would never have signed up for a visit from this company. I have absolutely no control over how far away his pervious job was. To top it all, I never had a chance to sign a completed work order before he left. If you want late technicians with no communication, disregard for your home, and a shady billing practice, then Faribo Plumbing is for you!

Had an impossible problem in 30 year old house that we recently purchased that had hot water coming…read moreout of the hot faucet and very warm water coming out of cold faucets - even had hot toilets. If I turned off the hot water circulation pump it improved but getting hot water to the shower took 2 minutes of running the water. Ryan came out last week and looked it over suspecting that the shower cartridges may be faulty and leaking hot into cold and took photos of the shower valves to make certain he could get the right model cartridges. They called earlier this week and had the necessary cartridges and assigned two plumbers from their crew who showed up at 9 AM and got to work diagnosing the problem. They pretty much studied the entire plumbing system before they took anything apart and when they did they found a stuck temperature balancing valve in the Master Bath shower. They did not have this additional part with them so they went to the distributor and came back with the only 2 in stock. They compared the new ones with the 30 year old ones and **Wallah** verified the two old ones they pulled were defective (no rattle when shaken indicating the valves were frozen) and popped in the two new ones and started the recirculation system again and were greeted with hot on the hot side and cold on the cold side. They indicated their office has ordered two more balancing valves and would notify us of an install date as soon as they arrive. These two did everything possible to eliminate other causes and nailed the root cause diagnosis which allowed for a thorough repair. Kudos to the diligent and very thorough LaBrash Team.
