We had been discussing throughout the massage that my knee is injured (Torn meniscus, arthritis, no cartilage) and that I couldn't fully straighten it without discomfort. At the very end, after she wrapped my feet in warm towels, she grabbed my leg and pulled ( traction) and it really hurt. I yelped out loud. She just sort of left the room. It completely ruined the massage, because now my knee was hurting. I said something to her once I came out of the room and she was there to greet me. I told her that she probably didn't mean to hurt me, but she did. No apology, she just told me to "take care" and hurried off. I'm a long time massage therapist and I would never have treated a client that way. Very disappointing to pay all that $$ and leave upset. I really enjoy the wellness lounge, though. That was the best part of the experience.

Today, I had a wonderful pedicure with Anna. The gals at the front desk had amazing customer service skills and were so kind, Anna was amazing and did an incredible job on my pedicure, and I didn't have to deal with the hassle of calling to schedule an appointment over the phone with a receptionist who lacked customer service skills like last time. You can easily book any service online on their website. I'm so happy with the positive changes, and I'm so excited to go back for future services.
