Every single time I have been more than satisfied with the services performed. All the nail technicians are sweet, kind, professional, and follow all rules of sanitization. I am sure they accept walk-ins but to be sure of an available appointment I suggest calling ahead. That's what I do and they can usually get me in within a day or two. They have massage chairs which are great to relax in while your pedicure is being done. The salon is quiet and has lots of greenery! I kept coming back regardless of the fact that sometimes it took the nail tech 4 hours to do a fill on me, but I was always patient and kind - even when 2 days after I got my nails done 2 or 3 would lift all the way off I wouldn't complain. I get that your client being 10 minutes late can be annoying (Which was my first time being late and I did let them know ahead of time), but it gives you no right to call them a "extremely rude person" because you have a "business to run and you'll be cutting into someone elses time." Just because you can tell your client to screw off, doesn't mean you should, especially since I was always a patient and loyal customer even when I have had to sit there for 4 hours for a fill and then have my nails break/lift off 3 days later. It was just very disappointing and not a good look for your business.
