Catapult adventure park is the newest spot to host a kids birthday party in the NRH area. There is supposed to be another thing going into the other half of what used to be a hobby lobby; but that part isn't open yet. We came up for a birthday party; and luckily it wasn't during a busy time. My kiddo appreciated the bounce house side of the place. Especially since it seems like a lot of the indoor bounce places that my older kiddo had gone to have gone by the wayside for more places like urban air. That side is pretty big and easy to lose track of your kiddo in if you are not bouncing with them. They also have a couple big slides. My kiddo liked the pink and blue one. He got nervous with the other two as those actually catapulted people off of them at the ends. The biggest suggestion I would have is for them to have someone working at the top of all 3 slides. I think my kiddos nerves wouldn't have gotten the better of him if he had someone up there to show him how to properly go down & explain the mechanics of it. The pizza comes from bosses if you get it with the party package. Which I appreciate it being a bit more local. Though looking online after the fact I saw how high the prices are for parties. If my kiddo wanted to do one we would end up needing to stick to a small group vs our normal big group. Glad we at least got to check it out at least this time.

We visited today for Toddler Time which was great! However, there are signs posted everywhere about…read moreno food/drinks yet there's not a concession stand to buy food/drinks for my young child. It doesn't make sense to dehydrate children that have been actively jumping and playing especially on 100 degree days. Last time we visited we were told they were adding a pizza oven and concession, but that's still not the case. They do have arcade games that put a $5 charge on your card no matter if you only played one round (supposed to be only $1), Hurricane Simulator, and a non-working Marvel Photo Booth. Once the charge actually cleared, I was charged $6.10! Per game. I definitely got scammed and am disputing the charges. Regardless, staff were all friendly and I'm so glad Altitude is open at 11am during the week (unlike UrbanAir). The online scheduler allowed passes to be bought starting at 10am though, so that needs to be fixed. Also there are STILL parts of the trampoline park that are closed off! I have to assume still broken but I don't know for a fact why.

This location closed n I have 3 passes for 1 hr each. So I called the location in Grapevine to see…read moreif they honor the pass n they said 'No!' I'm so disappointed!!! I decided to try Urban Air, this place is amazing. They have different prices, the most expensive is $28 n you can rock climb, do a in-motion skydive, multiple obstacle courses, trampoline, dodge ball trampoline, 3 story high slides.... So happy to have found this place. Tbh if I'd have known bout this before.....

It's hard to give anything less than 5 stars to a FREE, CLEAN, indoor playground for kids…read more We do not attend this church (although, we have once, if only to experience the beautiful a cappella performance), which makes us all the more thankful that they open their doors to the public multiple times a week. There is plenty of seating for parents and clean restrooms nearby. There is a smaller, enclosed area for babies directly adjacent to the large indoor jungle gym. The playscape is located in the center of the church building. You can park at any entrance of the church in order to access the playscape. Just walk through the doors and toward the center. On a HOT Wednesday at 5pm, we were the only people there. There were a couple of people milling about the church, but not many, and if weren't for the hours being posted on the website I would have thought we made a mistake and showed up at closing. I seem to remember them having a cafe pre-COVID, but it was now closed (temporarily or permanently I'm not sure). I packed bagged dinners for my kids to eat in the car on the way there. I wrapped up a sandwich, chips, and a drink for my husband and I and we enjoyed a mini dinner date while the kids played. Fun for all!
