Had my daughters birthday party here. The booking process was very easy via their website. Our party host was amazing. She was very professional, friendly & attentive. The pizza was surprisingly good & being able to refill our own drinks kept everyone well hydrated. The location and bathrooms were clean. All of the games were working & we had no issues whatsoever. Only downside I would say is they've removed the animatronics that they used to have many years ago. My kids were a little bummed about that as they were looking forward to seeing them. It's not exactly me cup of tea, but my grandchildren like it. There are lots of games and mini-rides, and it's clean. I got two 1 hour passes for $54. The salad bar is okay, but not lots of choices. The personal pizza, cheesy bread, and fries made the kids happy. All in, it was about $100 for the 3 of us. The staff was just okay, and a couple of them seemed like the didn't want to be there. Had a blast with daughter and our grandkids for an early lunch and mega playtime. Super fun! Loved the photo booth a lot, getting family poses on a high quality Polaroid type output, with framed decor. Lots of entertaining game for young to old "kids" (grandparents "kids"). The kids always have fun here but concerned with the management choices. Every time I come it is more and more expensive. My 5 year old daughter was super sad that her personal pan pizza was smaller then it was last time we came. I told her that for some reason everything has gotten more expensive here at Chuck E Cheese and the sizes have gotten smaller. If you want your employees to be walking out at 10 p.m. then, by all means, post that you stay open until 9:30. In addition, games are often broken or out of tickets. They don't have someone that goes around and makes sure the games are working. They have people who rake in the money at the front, but if you need service, you are out of luck. Chuck is supposed to visit with kids each hour unless they don't have someone who feels like putting the costume on, then they just don't do it and disappoint a roomful of kids. read more

I took my little ones unassisted for the first time and it was not a bad experience at all. The place was empty so we had the place almost all to ourselves. They got new games too. The Jurassic park one is my favorite. I kinda want to sneak out and go play it all on my own!! Some games that were added were old, I'm sure a Chuck E. Cheese died somewhere and this is the inheritance. Some games were not functional that's the only reason I took off one star. The staff had no idea what they were doing. They sold me a shirt, took 20 minutes to find it, then brought out the wrong one, gave it to me, and was offended when I told them it wasn't the one we asked for. She said, "Well we don't have that one." Then when my son went to get the prize for tickets, he pointed at a tub of puppets and asked for one, and the girl said, "we don't have anymore of those." I asked if she could grab one of the 30-40 that were in the case that my child had just pointed to and she said, "No, it's locked." Also, I paid $8 for a salad bar which consisted of lettuce and dressing. That was it. There was no salad bar. This chuck e cheese has been here since I was a kid ... so about 20 years. Games obviously have been updated and the tunnels that went around the ceilings are in just one part of the restaurant instead of all over like they were when I was a kid. They started giving out free tickets every 30 mins they have online coupons and games that you can bring in print outs that usually earns my kid an extra 20-40 tickets to redeem at the prize counter. My biggest complaint is not anything the staff does but my goodness the kids there sometimes are rude aggressive and will steal your tickets ... with parents that wont do anything about it. Dare you drop a ticket it will be snatched up faster than you can say "You dropped a..." I've almost stopped letting my 4 year old daughter go dance with chuckie when he does the dancing and ticket grab thing every 30 miniets because shes come back numerous times crying because other kids have pushed shoved and taken tickets out of her hand and other parents have noticed this too. I'm pretty sure the staff knows me when I walk thru the door because we've had to go complain a few times to the staff about things of that nature ... usually they just give my daughter some extra coins or give her a few tickets ... I'm surprised they have not started throwing out more tickets or stopped doing it all together but I guess they have to follow what corporate says ... Over all not to bad of a place; the kids like it and have fun for the most part so for a few hours to fill your kids day its worth making a stop especially if you remember your coupons before you go. read more

The animatronic chuckys face fell off and all the kids started crying. Chucky then walked off stage and bit off a kids head clean off. It was traumatizing for my little ones. Every time we pass by any chucky cheese, my baby boy starts crying and screaming, like taking a dog to the vet. The pizza was fucking amazing though, 10/10 on that part. Worst experience, never going back to this location. Took over an hour to receive our pizza, we were the first there and first to order. Went to ask front desk when to expect our pizza the one person, with attitude promptly asked us to show our receipt which obviously we had, and then she told us that the pizza was "made a long time ago" note that you are given a buzzer to let you know when your pizza is ready, this never went off. Another customer had taken our pizza. Fast forward 20 minutes we're still waiting on our pizza, multiple people are standing and waiting, no buzzers are going off, no pizzas are being taken out. instead they sat in the window. Another lady asked if her order was ready, and the employee handed her one of the cold pizzas that had been sitting in the window! Of course the customer refused and the employee insisted she took the pizza and a fresh one would be delivered to her table. So 10 minutes go by and she tries to bring the ladies pizza to me to which I guided her to the woman who it belonged to, and still somehow the pizza was taken to the WRONG table. FINALLY after an hour and a half we receive OUR pizza. When I asked to talk to a manager, one of two employees in the store took a second.. and said "I'll just give your kids some point cards will that make it better" to which I didn't really reply it didn't seem like she nor the other associate cared at all. Most games were out of tickets so none were spat out at the end of most of the games. Tables somehow stayed dirty then entire time we were there. Other employees that hid in the back who you could hear just giggling and laughing not doing anything! Alright I know that when you come to a kids restaurant especially a food chain like this it is busy crazy and chaotic! However I came with the family to celebrate my nephews birthday and it was fun and all. However once the machine broke down and didn't give me my tickets I would call and attendant and would come. It's a Wednesday and it's dead and just with 26 people as customers in here in which I can count and the machine ran out of tickets and one ran out of coins. I asked the front cashier to call someone and with an attitude she goes, " umm someone needs help on the floor again " i waited for about 10 minutes and yet no one came! I told her is someone is coming as it's been over 10 minutes and she looks at me and with a lazy face she replies I called them and you saw me so yes YES they are cominnnnggggg!!! Like held on to the last letters and began to mumble as I left! She waited for another 15 minutes and said well the girl is on break she is coming and turned around and just began to mumble words to her coworker! Just rude I would say as I spend 155.00 on buying just cards and another 98.00 on food! You would think they would treat their customers better! Apparently they were understaffed today, but I have been to this location two times before with similar outcomes. The party didn't start on time, nearly every booth was dirty with plates and cups from previous guests and stayed that way for nearly an hour, at least 1/3 of the game machines simply don't work, the ticket redemption station didn't print receipts so you could actually get the kids a prize, refilling the soda station with ice took at least 10 minutes and, most importantly, this place was filthy. Cups, straws pizza and ice were everywhere on the floor and games. Save your hard earned money. read more

Ok, so I know most of the workers there were high school students but still expected a little more out of the place. First, we go to the Chuck e cheese off of 35 near heritage trace all the time and that location is clean, well maintained, and has good customer service. Well, we went to that chuck e cheese yesterday to let my son play and eat pizza but unfortunately it was closed due to a water main break or something of that sort. So, since my son was upset, we decided to take him to this chuck e cheese off of hwy 26. To start off, the place smelled awful. It literally smelled like pee. The customer service was awful. All the staff looked like they did not want to be there nor wanted to help any customers. Half the games seemed to be out of tickets. The ice machines, which they have 2, were out of ice. Tables were dirty and not cleaned. The floors looked unkempt. All and all, this location has gone down hill tremendously. We visited a year ago for a birthday party and it was not like this. This is the location I grew up going to and it's sad to see it in this state. We will never visit this location again which is unfortunate. read more

We had a party at the north richland hills location recently and were disappointed when they did their "party thing". Not only were the pizza's we'd ordered an hour late but the host and person in chucky suit were less enthusiastic than they should have been. The guy in the suit looked like he'd never done it before and was not as animated as would be expected from a cartoon character. The people at the register had a defeated blank look on their faces like they didn't want to be there at all. All in all it seemed like the kids that work at this location are apathetic and not fit to entertain our children! For $350 we should get smiles not apathy! read more
