Shannon met me at the door I was very excited to see her, everyone were so friendly & kind and made me feel so loved! Mom made another appointment with Emily, I can't wait!! This is mom my Daisy Grace is a every excited lab that weights a good 90lbs!!! Yes she is a little fluffy!! To some groomers they don't have the patience needed to handle her, so I would get her back not fully done, nails not trimmed or ears not cleaned ! Not at Four Paws they did a great job with her! I said short and not shaved to the skin. 3 months ago a terrific job was done and he was matted then. He has curly hair. I should have been called if you couldn't do the job. Now Tony freezes and he's traumatized. His collar was broken so he must have been held too tightly and maybe tried to move away from the shaver. He looks terrible. The pictures tell the story. There's no excuse for this. There's no excuse for no manager or supervisor at the store. There's no was to call. It goes straight to voicemail. I'm devastate. This is a purebred 100% Maltese. You can't fix this. You can't fix his depressio. Dogs understand change like this. He can't go out and freezes in the house. He lies in the sun. If you couldn't groom him then you should have called me. I could have taken him somewhere else.

I go once every 4-6 weeks to get his nails trimmed with the dremel ($10 about 5 minutes), and I just started going for bath time since I make a mess when I do it at home! The results from the bath ($40 includes nails and a cute bandana) were incredible!! Worf has never been so soft or smelled so nice! Photo for cuteness reference! The best part is that the bath took about 35 minutes with a blow dry. My old groomer had my dog from 10-2 and my dog would air dry in a kennel.

I drop off my cat and smells like the place hasn't been cleaned since the early 2000s. None of the staff were friendly and had rbf but I still had a positive attitude. They call me an hour and half later to let me know she's ready (I thought wow that was quick). I take her home and her nails are still long and her paws weren't even trimmed. My cat doesn't even smell like shampoo. Talk about scammers.

ABUSIVE! I took my 8 pound puppy here a few months ago due to the great reviews I had seen online…read more I dropped her off and the owner seemed nice. A few hours later I called to see if she was almost done so I could head over. The owner answered and immediately put me on hold. She was talking to a customer that was there for a good 5 minutes and eventually forgot she had placed me on hold. I could hear EVERYTHING and after the customer left and she was alone with the dogs, I heard her screaming and yelling at my puppy/another dog to "SHUT THE F*** UP" and to "STOP" over and over again. I could hear my puppy/other dogs crying and whimpering. It was awful and eye opening! What you see in these 5 star reviews are clearly not a reflection of what goes on behind closed doors. If she's that verbally abusive to the dogs in her care, who's to say she isn't physically abusive as well??? I picked my puppy up, walked away and never looked back. NEVER AGAIN!
