My wife and I had our baby shower on 5/30/26 at a popular venue in San Gabriel, and Cater Pho You was our food vendor that catered a large group of 130 people. Tina was very easy and friendly to communicate with during the entire process, and prepared and pre-cooked our large orders (vegetarian friendly options included) with ease and great efficiency. Their team arrived an hour early to start setting up, and quickly finished setting up within 90 minutes. Plates, utensils, napkins, and sauces were all provided. We ordered multiples of their half trays of fried rice with chicken and beef, stir fry egg noodles with chicken and beef, and Vietnamese chicken salad. We also ordered a large amount of their beef skewers, Banh Mi Vietnamese sandwiches with pork and beef, and Spring Rolls with pork and shrimp. They helped serve the food for 2 hours, and then helped with packing all the leftovers afterwards. The food was very well received by our friends and family members! I have guests who have pretty high expectations of food, and they all gave praise. They thought it was a really unique add on to the other foods at our event. I was initially hesitant when my wife told me that dinner was catered pho, bc quite frankly, never I have heard of such a service. But honestly, it was one of the best pho experiences I have ever had. The broth was rich and flavorful.I enjoyed looking into the pot to see the herbs, bones and other ingredients while they were serving. We hired Cater Pho You for our wedding near Palm Springs in September. They were extraordinary & was one of the bigger highlights of my day.
