I just got to experience Catering On Time's terrific array of food options twice in the few months. Padraic and Sandy were so attentive to every thoughtful detail and the food was delicious! The first time I got to enjoy their catering food menu was at a Business Networking event/Chamber sort of mixer in Garden Grove on Trask right by the 22 freeway. So much better to have their terrific and seriously yummy charcuterie meats and cheese "tray" which was actually so beautifully arranged in an easily accessible multi tier tower. There were also these fantastic meatballs (not those ones which everyone has from Costco, right?) and amazing coconut chicken skewers. They were SO GOOD!! My only mistake was taking just one politely leaving some for others planning to swing back to the heated serving area. When I returned quite awhile later, only one was left! Snagged it. They are a fan favorite for sure! The next time I got to enjoy their varied menu options was at a Holistic Medical Practice's Wellness Night in Anaheim, near Anaheim Hills and La Palma Ave. Who knew their catering yummies menu options included holistic foods, vegan options like their chickpea mini pancakes! Do good and good for you! I was so impressed! I arrived that night early and saw the food out and ready early, too, so I can personally vouch that they live up to their name, Catering On Time! I attended a book launch at a private residence on Saturday, Oct 16th. The author who was the homeowner had a lovely home overlooking the lush foliage of a wooded canyon. Everything was elegant. The caterer was Catering On Time. All I can say is that this is the caterer I will always call when I have any event. The food was delicious, not the everyday fare. Such a variety of tasty items. Loved the skewers of coconut chicken and the skewers of perfectly prepared brussel sprouts with complimentary morsels. In addition, the service was outstanding. Padraic moved through the crowd with offerings, smile, good humor. Everyone enjoyed him. The host told me that the caterers mopped her kitchen floor as part of their clean up. I was fortunate enough to have COT cater my parents 50th anniversary dinner. The food was delicious and priced very well, but, what I was really impressed with were the personal touches and their service. Padraic, Sandy and their assistant Julie were extremely attentive to our guests and were particularly attentive to my parents. I hosted a poker tournament over the weekend and the food showed up right on time for the hungry players. There wasn't a crumb or skewer left in sight. Everyone praised how good the food was. I found them from the rave reviews on the Yorba Linda Buzz! They made my son's last minute Graduation luau a completely special occasion. Appetizers of sweet cherry cocktail meatballs, coconut chicken skewers with apricot dipping sauce and fruit skewers. Dinner of teriyaki chicken, pulled pork, Hawaiian rolls, Coleslaw, almond rice, and veggies! Dessert of strawberry cheesecake squares. They helped with guests dishes, spilled drinks! I have to give them 5 Stars because I cannot give them 10! I do marketing for my company and I hosted my first community event. We offered a FREE Car Care Clinic to women in our community to help them with flat tire emergencies. Weeks before my event the nerves started building in the thought of not knowing if I had arranged enough chairs, enough food and gift bags.... we've all experienced those hostess jitters.... Sandy and Padraic were so patient with me and gave me some great ideas on what items to serve that were simple and delicious. We went with "Sandy's Favorite Sandwiches" with a variety of cold cuts to satisfy every taste. Sandy also suggested a veggie & fruit platter for those vegetarians ( which honestly I did not consider).... We also included some yummilicious chocolate chip cookies which were all gone by the end of the night. I have to highlight the " Sweet Cherry Cocktail Meatballs" which were the big talk of the event. She absolutely took her time in creating these bites of heaven! Loved them! I of course can't say enough about the set up and how beautiful she arranged the buffet table. She matched my color event which was pink and black and event brought me some extra table cloths in case I needed them for any other tables ( which I did ) Thank you Catering On Time for helping me make this event a success and for working with my budget. Sandy was so helpful with menu ideas and we were able to stay within our budget. Catering On Time just catered our son's 1st birthday this past Sunday and we couldn't be happier! They arrived early to begin prepping the food to ensure it's freshness and stayed during the entire event to help us clean up. They coordinated the linen order with my wife and even had extra plates for cake when we never mentioned it to them! Padraic set up the table and chairs on my patio a day early so my family could enjoy the outdoors prior to our catered dinner. The night of the dinner he arrived early to set up dinner.
