This food truck recently opened and has been the talk of the town however, they are only open on the weekend. Luckily I stopped by during a time that it wasn't too crowded. It is the only food truck in the lot so you cannot miss it. The workers are friendly and the service was fast. In addition to crawfish, they also have shrimp and even neckbone boils. You have to order a minimum of 2 pounds of crawfish so, I ordered the minimum as well as the side basket that includes your fixings (sausage, egg, potatoes, and corn). As good as the crawfish was, I will definitely be back to try the neckbones... and more crawfish.
