Juicy with a hair pink. Not sure if that was intended or not. I have no problem with my burger that way but I know some who will not eat any pink showing. Fries were bland and I don't believe they seasoned them. The price for the experience is a bit high. Bottled drinks are over $3. Most of the menu items appear to be ala cart. Fries and drink extra which drives that cost up.

You can tell a lot of care and love goes into every smash. The honey mustard was excellent, though I wasn't as big a fan of the ranch (it had more tang than creaminess for my taste). The tater tots were crispy, salty, and had a perfect texture. Hands down, one of the best burgers I've had in a long time--and I travel quite a bit. Service was fantastic. The woman who brought our food (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly sweet and even gave my wife and me keychains as a thank you. I have tasted almost every Philly available in Killeen and I can say that this one can go toe to toe with any of them along with the wings. This place is comparable to wing-town which has been my favorite wing spot in Killeen since I moved here in 2017. The inside is a gas station but they have a nice area where you can sit and eat due to it being so big. They also have another location located on the other end of stan schluter across from the HEB.

Regular size comes in a smaller plastic cup. Large comes in a bigger styrofoam cup. They do have a bar here...and some live entertainment some evenings. We've been here multiple times and the customer service and food options are always too good. Prices are very reasonable. My husband and I have gotten the tacos, tortas, chicken and rice and recently took my mom who ordered the enchiladas. The chicken, cheese and rice is my favorite as it comes with a lot of food and has just the right amount of flavor. Also comes with their homemade tortillas which are perfectly made. The chicken enchiladas could use a bit more flavor, but they're still good. You can never go wrong with a Mexican food from a place like Tapatias. One of our favorite spots in the city.

I had the spanish rice, with pull pork and beef empanada. They also included a slice of avocado in my plate. It was $8.00 for my plate and the serving was generous. Flavor, well, lets say I though my mama made this food, and I love my mama's cooking because she can cook. Rice flavor was not overbearing, it was just wright, the pull pork was also very flavorful and moist. The beef empanada was not greasy and the empanada was full of meat, unlike other places where the empanadas are full of air, hardly any meat. The meat had great flavor. They had special sauces you could add, but the flavors were such that I didn't have to add anything to it. I got the fried chicken wings with gandule rice & empanadas. The chicken is so crispy & moist at the same time with juicy flavor that's not too salty.
