It's tucked in the small corner within the plaza in between baskin Robbin's and a supermarket. The second I walked in, I was immediately greeted my various staff members. Not only does this branch offers safety deposit boxes, but this location even has a meeting room for Chase Private Client. [Parking]: Easy and free street parking. [Service]: One of bankers Ruby assisted with my request and she was amazing. Initially I asked to close my checking account and to open a new saving account, but she recommended to convert my existing checking account to saving account instead and I was able to keep the same account number. At no point Rudy pressured me with any financial products and she was able to answer all of my questions about my new saving account. You know this is not your typical Chase branch when you see Tesla, Audi, Porsche in the employee lot. I will be sure to come this branch again if I have additional special requests in future.

So yes, Logix ultimately agreed that the charge was wrong. That does not change how poorly the dispute was handled or how much time and effort it took to get a basic problem resolved. By the time they finally fixed it, I had already closed my accounts and moved my banking elsewhere.
