I luckily came here during an off time on a weekday afternoon, but I could easily see a situation where this one ATM could get quite busy which would hinder your ability to get in and out quickly (& avoid having to go inside and wait for a teller). If you absolutely have to guarantee a quick trip, this might not be the right branch for you.

We didn't have an appointment but were just hoping to see if we could have one of the customer service bankers (the people opposite of the tellers) help us, as a walk in. We were lucky since there was no one waiting and we were greeted by the branch manager when we walked over (but there was several people waiting when we left). He asked us what he could do for us and then referred us to Jason since he was free. Jason was very helpful and friendly. He was able to add my name to my husband's account and also answer a few questions that he had about his account, about a CD, etc. For the most part, this was a pretty easy task (according to Jason these were very simple things). But when we had gone to the Chase in Stanton the day before (we just happened to be in Orange County), this one banker told us that we had to make an appointment, even though there was no one waiting and he didn't have a customer in his cubicle. For those that may need Jason's assistance, he does speak both English and Mandarin. There is also more than one banker, at this location, that can also speak Spanish for those that may need it. In the future, we will come back to this location for any other assistance that we are not able to do online, on our own. And hope we can work with Jason again.

They have gone out of their way to assist me with different services, such as opening / closing accounts, preparing paperwork for canceling checks, preparing wire transfers and even negotiating the best rates for high yield savings accounts. Maria Sevilla was able to match a rate that another financial institution offered. She went above and beyond what I expected! Luis was the manager for several years and he was the most efficient and courteous employee at this branch. Most horrible bank location EVER!…read more My aunt just had eye surgery and asked me to drive her here to open a new account. The 3 ladies we encountered were all extremely rude and rigid. They first asked her for all sorts of personal information that is not standard for banks, then when she refused, they yelled at her. At the same time, when my aunt asked about their services and their account features, they didn't know anything. Holy cow! We did not walk but ran out of there as fast as our legs could carry us!
