The doctor spent an entire 2 minutes looking at the toe and telling us all was well and then a few weeks later we get hit with another bill for $180 for an office visit. Now I don't have a medical license but I can tell when something is healing properly so the follow-up appt was certainly not necessary, especially when we weren't told it would cost us nearly $200 to come back. After voicing my concerns we were only given a discount, no apology and no explanation. This isn't what I consider honest business practice and I will definitely not recommend anyone to ever go here.

I had a problem come up with my foot seemingly out of nowhere and they were able to get me in for an appointment within a few days. The office is updated and clean, the staff were all down to earth and professional. Dr. Dalrymple was able to quickly resolve my issue for me and made some footwear recommendations to help with preventing another flare up. I've since received the new items based on her recommendations and they're some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I'll likely be going back to look at orthotics going forward soon, but had an all around great experience at this office and would definitely recommend going in.

I did not have a podiatrist, I called my PCP for a recommendation. He referred me to Dr Richard Eisner. I called his office. the staff was very understanding and accommodating. I was given an immediate appointment due to the circumstances. Dr Eisner took xrays to rule out any fractures, then he treated my injury ( I won't go into the details ). Dr. Eisner is extremely thorough, gentile and informative. An expert in his field. I have been to many podiatrist over the years and he is the best. I would and do recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you Dr Eisner for taking such good care of me and my left foot! :)

Please keep in mind that in most instances the clinic manager hires front office, not the doctor. If you are upset by non-clinical office staff, then pick up the phone and complain to the clinic's office manager or call HR. Don't ding the doc because you're unhappy with office staff. My family member (the patient) has been going to Dr. Stipek for several years, and they couldn't be any HAPPIER and SATISFIED! They love this doctor and his work. Dr. Stipek bends over backwards for his patients. He is very accommodating to his patients and is a great role model for other physicians. It's very hard to find a good doctor these days and we truly appreciate and value him. We highly recommend Dr. Stipek and never had issues with his staff.

Fast forward to 2024, I needed my medical records from 2014, I called on a Thursday, and the woman said she had to speak to someone because they switched systems, and she would call me back. She didn't call me back, but I understood because it was going to come up on the weekend. Monday was a holiday, yet still early morning I got a call telling me the documents I needed were ready. I went to pick them up, easy peasy. It was weird that I had to pay $15 just for print out of two pages, but they were willing to let me just have them when we were having issues paying out. I did keep insistent to pay, which I ended up doing, but it was nice of them not to trip about it. The two ladies at the front desk were very nice, I wish I had gotten their name. But as a hospital staff and patient, I know how critical the front desk staff is. Because they're not only managing the stuff going on for the clinic, but they also have to do things like print out medical records for patients like me. They have an exhausting job
