This is very nice store.They have a wide variety, they actually can measure your feet like they used to do in shoe stores instead of just walking in pulling stuff out of boxes. They have a nice variety, and a lot of stuff.Besides shoes as well. They have a 7 day return policy. You can take him home, walk. Around in your house, so you don't scuff the bottoms up, and if you don't like them, you can bring them back. read more

I was buying shoes and needed to use the restroom but they wouldn't let me. They said they don't have public restrooms. I didn't think a paying customer would be considered public and I might have bought a lot more merchandise, but I couldn't stay any longer without using the restroom. Very bad customer service. This is not a discount store, but they have a wide variety of quality shoes. I have parkinson's disease and Linda spent a lot of time helping me find what I needed. The selection is really amazing for a store in The Villages. My wife says the selection is not as extensive at the Brownwood location. read more

Seven day return policy and not worn outside the home for someone spending $170 on a pair of much needed quality work shoes is very unrealistic policy for someone. I wish I can give 0 stars. I came in today with the intention to buy a pair of nursing shoes for my wife. There were 5 associates just standing around the counter. Not one acknowledged me. I walked around the store for 15 minutes and no one even said hello. There were 2 associates helping 1 woman. I'm like ok. Customer service is the most important in every business. I am very disappointed with Shoe Biz as I went online this morning to find a shoe store that repairs shoes in this area and Shoe Biz came up stating that they were a full service store. The store was fairly hard to find, but after driving around a while, I did find it, and went in with my sandals that needed a very minor stitching repair job only to be told, "We don't repair any shoes you didn't buy here." I told them that is not what it said when I looked at their ad online, but they didn't seem to care, therefore, I will never go in there again and would not recommend them to anyone!
