Because I had purchased this as a gift and was concerned the remaining bags could have the same issue, I was hoping the company would at least respond and offer a replacement or some type of resolution. Unfortunately, I received no communication at all and ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I understand that issues can happen, but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of customer service and response after making multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would not order from Popped Republic again.

They recently opened up the front office space but their warehouse has been around for over 20 years. Their business is primarily selling ice cream for private events. The friendly gentleman in the office took our order and said he could put it together in a matter of minutes. We placed a small order and said we would return later. When we arrived, our order was ready and those big bags of goodness were tempting to just pop open before heading to the car. I sampled a few bits from the desk and could tell that they were going to be awesome. I'm hoping that the kids at my niece's laser tag party will appreciate these bags of cheddar, kettle corn, and plain popcorn. Pricing is very reasonable at $5-$7 a bag. I'll definitely be adding these goodies to my party foods.

Food is becoming thawed due to the lack of attention to detail by the delivery driver. I'm no longer using this company and I would suggest searching for better service providers.
