She was a true blessing. After meeting her and introducing her to my Roxy, who warmed up to her right away, I booked her to watch Roxy during a recent business trip. She was amazing, not only by staying at my house allowing my dog to stay in familiar surroundings. She walked her, played with her and kept her happy. I didn't want him to be stressed or stay somewhere longer than he needed to. Petworks took him for 2 hours a week before our wedding to make sure he was comfortable with the place. The Friday before our wedding I dropped him off & confirmed we were able to pick him up Sunday evening. All the other places we looked at would not allow us to pick up our dog on Sunday we'd have to wait till Monday & pay for the extra day. Being able to pick up our dog when we wanted to was wonderful & they took such good care of him. For the price and the wonderful service you simply cannot best this place! I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!

She was not happy and friendly as I would expect someone to be when trying to make a good impression. I asked to see the boarding area and was told my presence would bother the dogs too much! No one, ever, was allowed to see the facilities A young girl who seemed to be a cleaner came into the room, no smile or greeting to me. I asked how she liked working there, didn't say anything but looked at the first woman who told her to go on. That was enough to decide I would never use their "services". I am puzzled that here and other review sites have glowing reports on this place (as well as many other 1-star comments). About their website, I think anyone can post photos and words to a page, but that alone means nothing.
