Today, Kristina texted me asking that I pick up my dog in 15 minutes. I arrived exactly 15 minutes later. Instead of meeting me outside as usual, there was no answer at the door. I waited several minutes while hearing my dog and another dog barking nonstop inside. I knocked and repeatedly called her name with no response. Because the door was unlocked and she knew I was arriving at that exact time, I became genuinely concerned for her safety and entered the home. I continued calling her name while standing in the doorway and while going down to the basement grooming area to retrieve my dog. I received no response the entire time. I then walked back upstairs through the kitchen and living room, still calling her name, until Kristina appeared wearing headphones and smoking a cigarette. Kristina became upset that I had entered her home. I explained my concern and believed we left on acceptable terms. However, shortly after returning home, I noticed I had been blocked by Lotus Paws Grooming on Facebook. A friend who posted a review describing the incident and my mother--who asked about grooming licensing--were also immediately blocked. I also attempted to leave a Google review but was unable to do so, as the business is not listed on Google. Given the blocking that followed, this appears to be intentional and prevents customers from leaving public feedback. The home and basement grooming area had a strong cigarette smell and was not clean. This may be a concern for pet owners who expect a clean, smoke-free environment. While the grooming itself has previously been satisfactory, this was a negative and concerning experience. The events that occurred today, the condition and environment in which dogs are being groomed, and the way concerns were handled afterward raise serious issues. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning or recommending this business to others.

We have 2 Australian Labradoodles and if anyone knows anything about them they are definitely a dog that needs a groomer who knows what they are doing!! Missy took care of our first dog Lucy and wow was I impressed at the amount of time she spent with her and how much Lucy loves going there. When we got our second dog Tali, Missy recommended we start taking her early so she would get use to it. Both of our dogs LOVE going here and start whining as soon as we get close to the store. They both immediately try to get into the store and are always so excited to see Missy. I have recommended Creative Canine to any of my friends who look for a groomer. It is definitely worth our 30 minute drive. Won't go anywhere else!!!

She was a true blessing. After meeting her and introducing her to my Roxy, who warmed up to her right away, I booked her to watch Roxy during a recent business trip. She was amazing, not only by staying at my house allowing my dog to stay in familiar surroundings. She walked her, played with her and kept her happy. She also went above and beyond by sending me regular pictures and updates. Tammy took what could be a very anxious time for me and put me at ease. Their amazing COVID protocol has me wishing they ran every business in Ohio - the high level of care doesn't drop either. I will always be a client mama. We sadly lost one of our fur babies a week ago and the continuation of his fabulous care and the compassion towards our entire family during his passing and after is something of a level I have never experienced; these folks are amazing. All of my fur babies will be seen here and in my opinion there is no other vet that could touch paws with them. We picked our beloved Bucky up tonight and the thoughtful package design for cremation services between The Animal Clinic and Western Farms is something so comforting and beautiful to me. Took my 10 week old kitten into their urgent care this afternoon…read more She's been so full of snot and sneezing non stop. She's been on antibiotics. But, was still suffering. We were seen the minute we walked in. I gave them her history while the tech went over my Tonks. Literally within 30 minutes, we were on our way home. She's on another dose of antibiotics. I love the fact that everything and I mean everything was handled in a private exam room. From paperwork, to payment. It kept my tiny calm. The doctor was AMAZING! The staff was super friendly and the wntire place was wicked clean. We will definitely be back. Even with urgent care prices, it wasn't that expensive. Thanks for caring for my girl!

The staff at Lake Humane Society are purr-fect!…read more I have contemplated about getting a cat for a few years, but never was proactive in doing so. About a month ago, a friend of mine sent me a link to cats that she knew I'd like, which happened to be at Lake Humane Society. On a whim, I decided to submit a inquiry form, never assuming that they'd contact me in less than 24 hours and ask me to visit within another 24. Within 48 hours of submitting my inquiry form, I was at Lake Humane. Going in so soon was honestly a bit nerve wrecking, and due to my trepidation, the staff member suggested that I took my cat home on a foster agreement, rather than adopting so that I could see if I truly was ready to be a pet parent when and to ensure that my prospective pet and I were a match. My cat came already neutered, with his shots, and the staff members were kind enough to clip his nails for me (as I was nervous of doing so myself). In addition, they provide you with a voucher to take your new furry animal to any vet in Lake County, free of charge, as long as you visit within 3 weeks of adopting (in addition to providing you with a years worth of flu shots). If you need any materials for your animal, you can purchase it in-house. I got a scratching post, toys, furniture, carrying case, cat food, and cat nip, all from the society for a very affordable price. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about the Humane Society. My entire experience was a great one. While I have no aspirations of getting another pet, if I did, I know where I'd go.

I didn't want him to be stressed or stay somewhere longer than he needed to. Petworks took him for 2 hours a week before our wedding to make sure he was comfortable with the place. The Friday before our wedding I dropped him off & confirmed we were able to pick him up Sunday evening. All the other places we looked at would not allow us to pick up our dog on Sunday we'd have to wait till Monday & pay for the extra day. Being able to pick up our dog when we wanted to was wonderful & they took such good care of him. For the price and the wonderful service you simply cannot best this place! I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!
