Where do I even begin. This used to be a favored spot for me and my friends/coworkers to hit up after work as it was low key and an overall chill vibe when you're trying to wind down after work. But last night, that opinion has changed for the worst. We are out, shooting pool, having a good time and this seemingly just drunk creepy older guy starts hitting on our attractive female friend as she is getting drinks at the bar. It's no big deal at that point, she's a cute bartender at another spot in town, she can handle herself in those situations. Further into the night, as we were away from the bar near the pool tables, he comes up behind her and grabs her by the belt loops, pulling her into him in a horridly suggestive manner. At this point, as this happened in front of all of us and it was the first time the rest of our group had seen him and it wasn't a great first impression, we obviously confronted him about it. Simply telling him he needed to back off and that she wasn't interested and that he should just walk away and enjoy the evening. He drunkenly keeps escalating until the bouncers step in. With one of them grabbing the older gentleman and taking him to the other end of the bar to talk him down. With the other bouncer talking to us and getting our story. At some point, it seemed like the gentleman in question was convinced into apologizing and came over and shook hands, and it seemed like that was the end of the situation and everything was peachy. He then completely changed tunes, asking us if we wanted to take this outside and settle it like men. So much for apologizing. We respectfully declined and again just told him to walk away. After the bouncers continue to hold him back, as he was the only one reacting violently in any way, we began to ask ourselves, "What more does this guy have to do to be kicked out?" That was when the other shoe dropped, the man declared that we needed to get the *expletive* out of his bar and walked away. The bouncers then turned to us, awkwardly and extremely apologetic and said verbatim, "We know how messed up this is guys and we are so sorry but we don't have much choice. He actually does own the bar and there's nothing we can do but ask you to leave." This was the owner of the place, sexually harassing and borderline assaulting a girl who is a minimum 30 years his junior and the way the bouncers acted made it seem like a common occurrence. We were completely in the right to defend her in a completely peaceful manner and we were the ones getting told to go home. It's a real shame as we really loved the bartenders as well as the bouncers there who knew us and our orders by heart it seemed. Terrible!!!!! Terrible!!!!! Terrible!!!!! Had a bar back tell me he was the owner and kicked us out before 2am. There was still people playing cards and a few of us put $20 in the machines and was playing. They came around telling us to pour our beers in Red Solo Cups, and then 5 minutes later they were kicking us out. We still had money in the U1 Gaming machines. Fuck the cats paw!!! I will never go back there again!!!! I will tell so many people to avoid this place for sure!!!!! That's not how you run a business!! But, who knows, that may be the way the Cats Paw runs there business!!! Obvious, the customer is not right at the cats paw!!!! The guy was literally screaming at us to leave, and it was before 2am.!!!! I will never go back, and I will tell lots of people about this incident!!!! Went to watch a football game last Sunday. Closest seat to the screen was about 1.5 miles away. Cocktail server never even offered me a menu, let alone a drink (she waited relentlessly on the table 2-feet away from me). Ended up having to order from bartender, who very kindly paid for my meal (which was fine). Service was appalling, and if it wasn't for the free food would only get one star. read more

Guys - its a dirty bar. Dont expect top-notch service like you'd find at the Hilton. You gotta sling a few elbows to get to the counter and order your PBR. And then, if your lucky one of the tarts behind the counter with assist you. - If your lucky. But all dirty roadhouse type bars are this way - so get over it. read more

Went here last night and previously all of my friends were regulars. The owner happened to be in and was sexually harassing my friend, instead of dealing with the issue the bouncers kicked us out. It's a shame since all the employees are greet people , too bad the owner is a pig. read more

Sometimes when it's really packed you can't find a seat and service is scarce. But what do you expect.. it IS packed. All in all, I like this place quite a bit. Liquor.. keno machines.. big TV.. lots of space. Overall good place. read more
