Went to this dealership on a Friday 6/16/2023 around 3pm after seeing a truck we liked online. We got preapproved for a loan and started to provide the necessary documents for the loan before we signed anything. Since at this point it was after 5 PM, the DMV was closed we were unable to finish and the woman from the office told us it wasn't going to happen today. They had asked if we could come back Saturday to finish and sign the paperwork and we informed them we could not because we both had work. They asked if we would electronically sign the loan, and we agreed. Electronic signature to me meant they would email me something to review and sign but according to them that's not what they meant. The dealership took it upon themselves to electronically sign for us and submit the loan application. We had found this out from the loan company when they sent me a copy of a signed loan agreement dated 6/17/2023 Saturday at 10:31 am while myself and partner were both at work. They also spelt my name wrong on the paper work. When I asked them about that, they said that we verbally agreed to electronically sign so they took care of it. On Friday they also removed the insurance from the vehicle we were trading in and had us put it on this truck that we did not even get a test drive or leave the lot with. We were told they would have the truck ready for Monday/Tuesday to pick up. After a few days, we asked to cancel the loan and get our money back for the down payment because we were not comfortable waiting after speaking to them about the loan about the situation. They informed us that they did not have the title from the New Jersey dealership and that was the hold up. They told us they were working on it and asked for our patience since we got "such a great deal". They were trying to do everything possible to make the sale, including giving us more money for a trade-in Then the vehicle is worth, and they use that against us. They did offer to cancel the deal after I had spoken to them but assured us if we waited a few more days they we would get the title and could redo the loan. If we re did the loan we would sign it ourselves and change the payment date. That seemed responsible so we agreed to wait a few more days. After 9 days of waiting we had to put insurance back On our vehicle that was going to be traded in and take the insurance off the truck still sitting in the lot. We once again asked to cancel the deal and we're told they were working on it. They said by 6/30/2023 Friday it would be ready to go, I told them we might as well wait since they had already run our credit and put a loan in our name so it will be harder for us to get a different vehicle in the meantime. We did also ask if it would be possible to get a different vehicle on the lot since we weren't sure what was going on with the truck. They said it would be hard and we might as well wait for the title. We were informed on Friday 6/30/2023 they still did not have the tittle and it wouldn't be ready until 7/7/2023. At that point, we asked them to give us the money back and cancel the loan since we were unable to cancel it ourselves with credit acceptance. I informed them we wanted no further contact with them and that this was a horrible experience for us. I collected a check for our Down payment and asked for all the provided information to be destroyed or deleted. Faith in the office informed me that they would fedex us a copy of everything with void written on it but it's been a week and we still haven't gotten it. We had such high hopes and we're left with nothing after weeks of disappointment. I do not recommend this dealership at all. read more

My husband and I bought a car from them. When we were looking at the car Eric told me it had a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. Well it took about a week to actually be able to walk away with the car because Eric fired his mechanic for stealing the day we were there. We waited the week and when we went to pick up the car we noticed the check engine light was still on. He told us to drive it for a few months and if it was still on when inspection was up to bring it back and he would fix it....We called them throughout the year to let them know what was going on with the car. We told them the car still had the light. We scheduled to bring it in and ended up getting a ton of snow so we didn't make it. We couldn't slip it in to bring it back until now. Well now inspection is up and Eric wants to charge us to fix our vehicle when we were told he would fix it. He said it's completely on us because we drive it too much and don't put money into it. When we got the car it had dry rotted tires on it and the steering wheel shook really bad. We didn't ask them to replace that we did. We have made sure the regular stuff was done on it no matter what. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They will promise you the world and the stars above, but in the end they will steal your money and give you a POS car! read more

Usually I don't write bad reviews unless I have a HORRIBLE experience, in which this case I did and I want everyone to know because I don't want anyone else to get scammed or waste their time. My fiance and I were looking to purchase a car and saw a 94 Toyota Camry on the 7x website, we went there and test drove 2 cars, the camry and a mazda. The mazda has "48k miles" on it, when we test drove it, you could 100% tell it had A LOT more miles than 48k. It ran very poorly. The camry we drove had "96k miles" we liked it because it had decent miles for a toyota, plus it was in our price range. We decided we were going to sleep on it and come back..The next day, we tried negotiating the price with the owner, Eric Jr and he was 100% not budging, (to me that is NOT good salesmanship) A couple of days later, out of desperation we decided to buy the car out right, which was $2200. I got to the dealership and I asked Faith (Eric Jr's sister) for the car fax. When we got the car fax report back, it said it had 164k miles on it back in 2011 and that was the last reported miles. I was confused since the odometer and the sticker on the window both said "96k miles." Faith said she never knew that and that she was completely unaware, she then looked at her sheet that had the cars vin number on it and she told me "That's strange, because here it says 196k miles" Then she proceeded to tell me how it might of been the cluster that was changed which would make it appear to only have 96k miles. So you're telling me that Eric Jr, bought the car thinking it had 96k miles on it even though on his paper work it actually had 196k?! My fiance called him and asked if he would NOW budge on the price and if we could just buy it for $1000. Eric Jr refused...So he was going to sell a car that had "96k" miles on it for the same price of a car with 196k miles on it. Needless to say, he clocked back the miles and that is obviously not his first time. I will NEVER go back here and I will be telling EVERYONE how much of a crook this guy is.
