The loan was ten months long at $300 a month payments, split biweekly as were my pay periods. I had the lovely gift of family and my own dually noted financial efforts to help obtain the vehicle, maintain it, and make it to the finish line paying it off. After myself making exactly ten months of payments my loan was paid off as agreed. A title was mailed to me VERY promptly thereafter. I had one encounter during my loan where I was unable to pay. Not only did the dealership lend a deferral for 14 days and when I doubled up on my payment the next pay to square up they made sure I would not be strapped first before taking the money. YES, during my loan my vehicle broke down several times and it did take a couple tries before we could pinpoint some electrical issues with the vehicle (which have since been resolved) and it was annoying... but the vehicle is still running 248,000 miles later... I bought it with 200K hence the high-mileage intro earlier. Customer 1 Auto also offers a mechanic bay with newly staffed mechanics that know their stuff... This is the first vehicle I could say I actually had last long enough to have renewed the registration on, as an owner, twice. There are a lot of swindler car dealers looking to make a good deal fast to get their commission up, and then there's Customer 1 Auto. This is a local family ran business that's been there for many years with the same management. They have good intent to have good vehicles and good people working to make money selling cars and help people get into them. Best thing is to get your carfax so you know what you are getting, do your research and don't overspend. If they take the car back because you can't pay that's not their fault. MANY times people will say "this dirtb@g car dealership is a rip off" AND/OR "that car sucked anyway" but then they forgot to say how great the car was while they were driving it and not paying though.... Do your research online, pick your car, call for info, and see what they got to offer you.

I have sent numerous emails and text to the gentleman i dealt with and I got no response, so my fiance went into them and was explaining the situation to the manager for the manager to then say that the vehicle have to adjust to a new driver and that highway miles and city miles is different and that I'm getting more mileage... what sense does that make??? I recently called their branch in Whitehall PA and multiple times spoke with a lady Rosealee (I'm not sure if I spelled that correctly, but her name was similar to that). Each time I called she kept giving me the runaround saying it was in review for the loan I was applying for. I never had received a call back from her I had to keep calling her back each time over a span of 4 days. On the last day I called back once again asking the status of my application and she said I needed a co-signer. She also point blank said she didn't believe the incoming I was making despite sending her several copies of my paychecks and W-2 forms. In all honest I don't even think she put my application through. Why, I'm not exactly sure. Maybe because I'm 21 years old (despite the fact I was seriously intrested in the loan and have very good income. And an even better credit score especially for someone my age. Maybe she's just plain lazy. Whatever the exact reason, I don't know. Eventually I got fed up with her bull crap and this company's bull crap and applied elsewhere and got an approval within 2 hours. I'm not sure how this company stays in busnuiess. I guess they're just really good at ripping people off. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

We just started our own business and transfered all of our payment information for all our bills to a larger calender. we mistakenly marked the date wrong for these people. They called me the day the payment was due and we explained our mistake and I would be in the next day. We were told that it would be unacceptable and we needed to find a way to get there to make thepayment. everyone that I spoke with were very rude and obnoxious. We also had a warrantee issue with our heat. They did finally get it fixed but they destroyed our dashboard in the process and grease all over our cloth seats. When we brought it to their attention they refused to repair the dash or clean the seats. I called the "management " and we set an appointment for them to look at the issues. They never showed and conveniently don't have time to meet us. This experience has been the worst we have ever dealt with. We will never deal with these people again and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone we have about a year and a half left of payments and can't wait for it to be over.

One rep says a supervisor isn't available they will need to call you back in 72 hours and he disconnected the call. I spoke to another rep Angy, she took went through the entire motion as if she was writing down the correct address for the county in which my title should be sent to. When I asked her to repeat it back to me, she could not. This company is by far the worse. Evil workers for sure. I have had constant problems since the first week I bought it, yet they have the audacity to charge me almost 17,000 for a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that's not even worth $4,000. My vehicle has never run smooth for one month in five long years. Their service department is good for nothing. They even lost both of my keys and will do nothing to replace them. I have spent hundreds of hours in their service department, as well as spending a lot of money with my own personal mechanic. They talked me into taking out a loan to fix my power steering, which I did, and the power steering didn't even last a week. This was probably the fourth one they put on. So I now have no power steering whatsoever. Byrider says they CARE, But in all reality all they care about is getting your money and doing absolutely nothing to help their customers that they prey on. This "company" is truly DESPICABLE. Now I've been down this road before, usually when you want to deposit a large amount of coins the banks will tell you they have to be all rolled up first then send you home to start the tedious task but not today. I was pleasantly surprised when the teller gave us wrappers, sorting machines & a little coin holder that allows you to slide the rolls into the paper very easily. Then.... get this.... she points us to a lounge in the back with tables, chairs, a TV, tea & coffee where we can sit and get down to business!!! How about that!?!? Every time I interact with Navy Federal they surprise me in a great way every time! The staff was so pleasant and friendly.
