Dr W is extraordinary. The dental professionals around him are first class, personable, professional, and polished! The administrative personnel are attentive and positively represent this practice with perfect aplomb. A treatment plan was then provided to my husband with an appt within 2 days. When I received the estimate I was shocked. I called your office to see if this was run through our insurance. The response I was provided "Yeah we are out of network and it was run through your insurance". this should have been told to myself when making the appt or the patient at check in. Not after evaluation with diagnostics and an additional appt has been made.

Once I found employment/income, Affordable dentures quoted me $3995 to complete the fabrication and install of the aforementioned 3-teeth bridge. I had to finance the $3995, which cost $450, but I had no other options. The staff at Affordable dentures are quite nice, and the experience is somewhat assembly-line; the Dentist never introduced himself, and was a man of few words, splitting time between patients. The prosthetic 3-teeth bridge was in my opinion a bit too tall in size, in comparison to the neighboring teeth, but not a problem. Overall, not a bad experience, and cheaper than the other implant providers.

I was told the office in Dawsonville was closest and I could go there for an adjustment. My upper teeth were replaced, except for two molars. One on each side of my mouth. this partial was less then one year old. The "closest" one was 40 minutes away from home. When I arrived I filled out paperwork and waited. As everyone says the office staff and front desk people were great.. now, in walks Dr. Taylor. Did not touch my mouth.. looked at exrays and determined I needed my two molars pulled and a new set of teeth made. He was not with me for more than 5 minutes.. what a disgrace for a doctor., he left and I asked the nurse if he could just grind a small piece of the plate that was hurting my gum.., no, he won't touch you .. ok, I'm not a patient yet.. after driving 40 minutes he did not even talk to me like a person.. in and out in less then 5 minutes. He must get a pay raise for each new denture he gets .. he's unprofessional and rude . Whoever runs this office ( probably Dr Taylor) needs to read these reviews and have a talk with Taylor. I can't even call him a doctor.,
