Okay...I get the hype now. This was my first time trying CAVA, and I'm honestly wondering what took me so long. The woman I'm dating put me on, and I'm glad she did because my steak bowl was SO good. Everything tasted fresh, the steak was seasoned just right, and all the toppings came together perfectly. I cleaned that bowl up! The place was packed, which usually tells you everything you need to know, but the line kept moving and the staff handled the rush really well. The prices were actually pretty reasonable too, especially for the amount of food you get. And can we talk about the drink machine? I definitely wasn't expecting all the different seltzer options. That was a nice little surprise and gave me something different from the usual soda choices. Safe to say CAVA has earned a new regular. One of my favorites is the Harissa Steak Bowl, and I always add corn and avocado for extra flavor. The hummus is delicious, and the cucumber mint drink is just perfect light and refreshing. Why does Cava continue to employ people that clearly don't want to work? I come weekly for my kiddos and it's their favorite. Food is always great but the service we receive in a 3 min span is insane. Katrina looked at me and was annoyed that someone had the audacity to place an order. Like girl it's 12pm. We went here to the Brandon location on 60 for my husband's birthday. He loves their food, and that's where he wanted to go, and it did not disappoint! What's nice is that you go through the line and pick out what you want or order from their menu, pay for it, and then you feel free to sit and visit without feeling like you're taking up a waitress's time. The first time we visited Cava, it was good. This visit, not so much. We walked in to a fairly busy place after 7pm. We stood around for a bit before a girl walked over and didn't say anything. We had to ask her if she was ready to take our order. She said yes but she never welcomed or communicated with us in a friendly way. We ordered a bowl and a pita. When we got to the meat, we were told it would be 10 minutes for steak to be ready. On top of that, they were out of several toppings. We also wanted to order the limited edition garlic ranch pita chips but those were also not available. Once the meat was ready I walked back up. The young man that rang us up didn't put any toppings on my pita. I asked if it came with anything and he said oh, yea, I forgot. He then tried to wrap the pita up but couldn't figure it out. Both people working behind the counter that helped us seemed to be off. Either it was their first day on the job or they were on something that made them nearly incapable of doing their job. Practically ran to place an order cause I've missed the restaurant since moving to Florida. I've been to this location roughly 4x now and as a CAVA lover, this location is disappointing. I don't know what it is about this location but it's always dirty. Tables are never cleaned, the area where you get your drinks is always wet and disorganized. The service isn't much better either. I've been given attitude twice and once had a girl roll her eyes at me when I explained an allergy. Is the food good? Yes. It always hits the spot but the cleanliness of the store needs to be improved and so does customer service. Overall: 3 stars read more

They have salad, bowls, rice, bowls, and pita wraps. I had the Greek salad which was very tasty and fresh. They also have some fresh lemonade juices which are very tasty. When the line extends to the door on a random Thursday night at 8:30pm, then you can almost guarantee it's worth it. I ordered the Greek Pita. It was packed with flavor and honestly the portion is enough to share but I'm way too greedy for that nonsense. I would suggest going on an empty stomach and be prepared to skip next meal as it's filling. Pricey but quality food tends to be. The ingredients are fresh and made to order in front of you and you can customize accordingly. They have a variety of teas and lemonade flavors that you should replace your soda with...just do it! They offer bowls and pitas with a Mediterranean twist. Healthy is on your side, unless you get crazy with the pita chips and dips. First time trying this location. It didn't disappoint. So this place is located where Moe's Southwest uses to be. Here they sell Mediterranean plates. You can either go for a bowl or pita. I had the Chichen and Rightrice and my wife had the spicy chicken and avocado. She said it was spicy, at least the "dressing" they used made it spicy. For reference this is my second time going this week! It's that good. I had my dad try some of my bowl on Wednesday and come Saturday it was the lunch of choice. The byo bowl aspect appeals to me because I can mix it up till I find my perfect balance and it's perfect for dietary concerns because there is something for everyone which is perfect!
