Some of the best falafels that I've had, super flavorful and moist. We also had baba ganoush as a starter and it was thick and delicious. It also came with about 4 pitas that were warm and fluffy. I recommend the apple malt soda that they have up front. It was so good that we took one for the road. The beef hoggie was also really tasty, juicy and a decent price for $10.99. Also had the kafta skewers and they were seasoned differently than I'm used to but I love trying new things and expanding my palate. If you don't like warm seasoning it might not be the dish for you. I asked my mom to bring me a Greek salad, not knowing where she got it bought it from but after having a couple bites I had to text her where she got the Greek salad from and she told me "Amar"! This fresh Greek salad is amazing! The Greek dressing is not your typical store bought dressing. Something about it just taste so great and fresh. You order at the counter, and when we went up, we received great customer service from the girl that took our order. The food was hit and miss. We ordered the falafel appetizer. The falafel were substantial, and the portions were huge. They were so thick, though, that I got an uncooked vibe from them. The flavor was mediocre at best. It came with a side of chop chop salad and bread. The chop chop was phenomenal, and the bread was great. My spouse got the a chicken shawarma sandwich (not pictured). It was large, and it was tasty. The chicken was a bit dry, though. I got the kafta skewers platter with rice, fries, and hummus. The kafta was dry, but it had amazing flavor. It had a great charred taste. The rice was flavorless. The fries were good. The hummus was AMAZING! There is an up charge to get it as a side, but it is so worth it. Star of the whole meal. We also got two cheesecakes to go. They were terrible. The kava is were fresh, the swarma was seasoned perfectly. The felafel was light and airy and not too salty. The hummus was so smooth and creamy. The fires were perfectly salted and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The tabouli was super fresh and perfectly lemony. The rice was light and fluffy and the grilled veggies were the perfect accomplishment. We devoured the whole meal across 8 people. I did order extra kabobs but man this meal hit the mark. But the cauliflower was delicious and I actually loved that with substituting the pita for sliced cucumber I had a minimally processed meal with excellent flavor. I have to say it's pretty close to what I'm used to growing up in an area surrounded by middle eastern restaurants. The chicken shawarma could've used a little more sauce but it was fresh and good quality. I also tried the falafel which was fresh, but I wasn't crazy about the spice mixture. They use didn't quite taste how I like them, but nonetheless.
