I eat at this Cava often and I love the location its a few minutes from my job i can run in and out. It's always clean when i come there and thats a plus. But what i don't like about it is rude customer service, while I'm ordering my food I don't need you telling me. Oh it's gonna be a up charge for something I'm asking for obviously I want it because I'm asking for it right. Then the major thing is why are you throwing my bowl like you have an attitude. I like that customer service that Angela gives when you enter the building. Shes greets you with a smile and assist you when you're undecided and she doesn't have an attitude when you ask for extra portions. read more

Had this for the very first time ever at suggestion from a coworker while working in Columbia the last week of Feb 2025. Was delicious! No pricier than most other restaurants. I thought it was a lot of food. Can be divided to make 2 meals or very filling if one person to eat it all. Establishment was very busy. I did go at lunch time. Line moved quickly though. Never been to Cava so checked it out on our trip to SC. Food was delicious! I got the Harissa avocado bowl with some schug sauce and it was bomb! My husband got the chicken and rice and he didn't like it too much. The people who served us were really nice. They greeted us as we came in and was patient when we thought about what to order given our first time. Ambience is normal, the table and chair were a bit sticky, not from food but felt like it was from glue or something... Overall, glad we checked it out. read more

I eat at this location a few days out of a month, usually for lunch. Ms Angela is using working and always very nice and patient. Today I had to make a last minute Togo order with my order and she was certainly helpful and made to go smoothly as to not hinder the line. The food is good and the portions are big!! read more

I still love it here. Being gluten free and vegetarian in cola is hard and it's a great spot to get something quickly. However I've been twice in the last week and the both times the staff were not very friendly. I thought the last day was a one off but I really was annoyed this time. Always delicious food, but today my Cava bowl was missing some items that I paid for. I asked for double corn and received no corn. As well as my friends bowl missing broccoli. My food at Cava had been good at both locations I've been to, so I have no complaints there. My issue with this location is the portions. It seems y'all are trying to make sure you have enough food to last throughout the day because you barely fill the bowl. The one in Harbison is completely different. When I order with them, the bowl is filled to the top. The amount they give is definitely worth the $12.00 spent. Also, they always get the order right. This location never provides the Free pita I ask for. I'm not sure if that's on purpose (once again, it seems they are attempting to save enough to last all day) or if they simply keep forgetting. This is the second time I've ordered with this location and it has been missing from both orders. read more

I use to visit the cava located on Gervais Street in Columbia SC until recently, there is this girl who works there and the first time she ever took my order she was not so pleasant to have been taken my order. She became argumentative, because of how I ordered my food I have ordered the same food every time I order however this girl told me that I couldn't have it. I went back hoping to receive better service the next time and the same thing happened with the same girl, even more rude than the first time she took our order. i will report my experience with corporate management read more
