This was the biggest and cleanest Cava I've ever been to! We stopped by for a quick dinner and I was impressed. It was fairly empty when we came but it was closer to closing. We were assisted quickly and didn't have any issues. I built a bowl and loved it! Parking was a breeze and I'd definitely come back to this location. I'm used to going to the Cava in Plaza Midwood and it's super nice too. So, I was happy to see another location that is closer to me that's just as nice. My food was amazing, per usual. I was hesitant on trying Cava. I'm not really a fan of line food but I will have to say the food was very fresh tasting. I opted for the Greek Chicken pita wrap which had a lot of good flavor. My friends each got a chicken rice bowl and I think their portion size was pretty skimpy. It may be the server they had because other dishes being made with other employees were definitely bigger. The restaurant was very clean and had options for seating large groups is needed. I'm not sure I would make it a regular stop because for the money I would want more than just a pita sandwich for my $12 but it was tasty. read more

Let me tell you about me and my friends experience at the concord mill cava. Normal we went to the mall and we wanted grab cava. This about our third here this week. Not sure what was going through the workers head tonight but they had absolutely no flow. We waited over 35 minutes for our food because they said they had to cook more. But we noticed they had already cleaned up Togo station by 7:50 when we got here. If I am not mistaken they close at 10. Like why are yall closing it off 3 hours before the store even shuts down. I can tell you why no one is using their brain in there. No manager in sight, one person cooking, and 5 people working on one bowl? I am just confused. All the handcrafted are empty besides that nasty cucumber drink that no one dares to touch. As I am typing the Togo order line is piling up. Bags on shelves with people with no bags in their hands. Overall we like the food that cava sells we just won't be coming back to this location. Mind it was daytime when we got here now it's dark outside. Ridiculous. Do better Concord Cava. read more

I've been twice so far and ordered the Harissa Avocado bowl both times. It's pretty spicy so the second time they offered me a garlic sauce which lowered the heat and made it more enjoyable. Chicken is juicy. Avocado is fresh. Crazy Feta is yum. Service was good. They're willing to customize however you want. The place was busy. It's not cheap at about $15 for a bowl, but fresh good ingredients and flavor. It feels like a more upscale mediterranean Chipotle. read more

As much as I am not a fan of Greek, this place does it really well. They have multiple different options for you to choose from, a bowl, wrap/pita, salad, etc. You can customize it any way you want, and get a free slice of pita with your entree! It's assembly line style, so you tell them what you want and how much of it. The employees were a bit hard to understand behind the glass barrier, but we made do. Lots of seating in the restaurant despite how busy it was, lunch time!! My only complaint (besides not being a huge Mediterranean food fan) is that they put a little too much dressing on the salad. You always hear "There can never be too much dressing!" Until it happens to you, and you find yourself picking through it for the least covered items! I think CAVA is one of those places that has a good concept, good food and a good price point. When looking for a place to eat and not knowing some of the place in the Charlotte area. We had been to other locations and knew what to expect and this location didn't disappoint. We got a couple of different pitas and split them to share the different ones. Wow were we ever disappointed in this location! The existing brown rice container was added to we some hot what we thought was fresher rice. We kept biting into hard pieces! Not sure if it wasn't cooked or if what was at the bottom when we were served was ?? I have never had this happened before and was totally disappointed! It took a while for someone to help me while I was in line - btw I was the only person in line and I was standing there for at least five minutes while there were several workers at the counter but none of them were paying me any attention.
