When my order was ready, the employee simply called my name, set the bag on the counter, and walked away without making direct eye contact or handing it to me. Had they been slammed, I would have understood, but the restaurant was quiet with only one person in line behind us. The Food: Prepared fresh and served hot. I ordered the soup and Greek salad. Both were good, though neither stood out as particularly memorable. The Utensil Mystery: When I sat down to eat my soup, I searched the bag and couldn't find a spoon. Assuming it was forgotten, I started using my fork and planned to just drink the remaining broth. The service was very friendly and the restaurant had a very relaxing ambience with nice decor. It took a little while for our food to come out. This is because they prepare it freshly. The hummus was ridiculously amazing. We chose mixed pita chips which included crispy and soft pita with our order. Next time I think I will only have the crispy chips as they are so much better. The spicy chicken harissa was very good. Just a little disappointed that they failed to put my tzatziki sauce on the side. The cucumber tomato salad was absolutely fantastic. They have a large memory of different items to choose from as well as different side selections to complement your meals. The french fries were perfect - crisp and nicely seasoned. Also, there's no salt on the tables (only hot sauce), although little salt & pepper packets can be found on a wall shelf. The pita bread was soft and warm. Of the meats, the gyro had some subtle flavor and was nice. Nothing tasted bad, but the salad, feta, chicken, rice, tzatziki, etc. was incredibly bland. In fact, it was so tasteless that it was off-putting and we couldn't even finish our meals. We're clearly not the target audience for this type of offering.

The aroma when you walk in this place is incredible. The air is filled with spices and aromas of cooked meat. The staff was incredibly helpful on recommendations. The seating is a mix of tables and Mediterranean/middle eastern themed. I ended up with the crispy chicken shawarma wrap. I believe they put sumac on the outside of the wrap and grill it into the bread. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and such a great bite. The best part for me was the baklava. I eat at a lot of local gyro places and have had baklava from most of them. This was the best baklava I have ever had! Can't wait to go back and get a mixed platter to try out more things.
